Beautiful pidjy. That's my fave one so far. Keep em coming!

ValiumQueen · 06/01/2014 21:29

Stormy I couldn't get your link to work on my phone. May just be my phone.

Passmethecrisps · 06/01/2014 21:29

I was going to link to that one pp!!

The Lunar bed - how apt isles!

You are the queen of bargain hunting vq. Good job.

Not sure I would fancy that house in quiche terrace fatima

ditsy interesting you mention home schooling. What are your reasons?

My temp is 37oC vq so perfectly normal but I feel hot and look flushed. I am 7 days into my pill packet and had a period as normal so POAS seems unlikely.

My subject boss did contact me earlier and told me that he had sorted tomorrow just in case I needed it so I have taken him up on it. P is at CM so once she is out the door I should get actual peace

FatimaLovesBread · 06/01/2014 21:30

Love that bed isles I want one for me!

I'll post a link on FB, don't want to be completely outed. and I'll warn you it's not as impressive as your gorgeous abode Grin

I almost forgot M's favourite word "roar". She says it all posh like, no rarrrrrr but proper pronounced roar. I'll try get a video

ValiumQueen · 06/01/2014 21:30

Detective beware of Pinterest. It is possibly to lose hours on that site, and you will pin thousands of things that you will never do.

TheDetective · 06/01/2014 21:30

O definitely can only follow 2 instructions - there was a 3rd, but he's forgotten it as we hadn't done it for a bit.

I'm getting ridiculously worried like a knobhead as he definitely isn't like any of the other quiche babies reading the above!

There are only babbling sounds still, baba mostly.

He's expressive with his babbling, particularly likes talking to himself in the mirror/camera.

Passmethecrisps · 06/01/2014 21:32

Don't worry det! I honestly think that you would find p and o very similar indeed. P knows who bedtime bunny is bit not who she is.

StormyIsles · 06/01/2014 21:33

det - what vq said Grin

And for heavens sake, do NOT download the app!!!

Also, M is only just walking, and not nearly as adventurous as O. They are all so different. Someone summed it up a while ago, they'll all be at the same stage before they hit school. I was thinking of this earlier, M's childminder's daughter will be 2 in March. And she'll be in the same class as M at school Shock

ValiumQueen · 06/01/2014 21:33

Pass hmm glad your temp is normal. I would encourage you to rest tomorrow to be sure.

TheDetective · 06/01/2014 21:35

I guess I am just worrying because DS1 was late to talk. But I'm sure he understood things.

I think I must be doing something wrong with them both!

ValiumQueen · 06/01/2014 21:36

Yes Det do not worry about O. He is way ahead of everyone else in his walking remember. They are all different.

I remember one mum who said her kid had hundreds of words. She heard them all but everyone else heard babbling.

ValiumQueen · 06/01/2014 21:37
TheDetective · 06/01/2014 21:38

I'd rather he had intelligence/understanding/words etc though!

I'll stop being silly now!

BigPigLittlePig · 06/01/2014 21:38

Rest, and sleep on behalf of the quiche.

Am ignoring pinterest. I need to start revising for exams, I really do.

There are some awesome beds out there. Love googling ideas for stuff I'll never do

Passmethecrisps · 06/01/2014 21:40

I have just noted the irony of me telling det not to worry when I am worrying about p walking like a little copper!

Am in bed. Have kindle.

Night night

Kyz · 06/01/2014 21:40

Evening all, missed most of the last thread, am rubbish. Funeral tomorrow so feeling pretty glum, dps great-uncle, We didn't really know him but it's sad and dps nan is really upset at losing her brother. They were quite close and spoke a lot but as they are elderly they haven't seen each other in a while. Anyway...

E understands really well, he knows fetch your shoes and where's your teddy and feed your fish and go upstairs/downstairs (obviously with me with him but I say it when it's bed time etc). He knows what things are like dummy teddy car ball blanket and whatnot. He also gives people cuddles if they ask for one and claps or waves when you tell him too, and dances and sings terribly!

He can say mum, dad, baby, cat, dirty, fish, no, there, yes, shoes, cheese, keys, juice, ball, nanna, socks, car, teddy, hiya. Can't remember any more. He has a good go at some others too

I hope I manage to keep up on this Fred :( barely had chance to read lately never mind post :(

StormyIsles · 06/01/2014 21:40

BP I am revising for exams. 2 weeks on Thursday till my finals, ick. I am basically doing a post grad uni course minus the essays in 7 weeks Shock

Evilwater · 06/01/2014 21:44

So much for me going bed early.

StormyIsles · 06/01/2014 22:13

Ermmm, my tablet keeps yawning. WTF? How do I make it stop?

BigPigLittlePig · 06/01/2014 22:18

Yawning?! Maybe it's a hint. This tablet thingummybob is the number one reason why I don't go to bed on time.Idiot.

Kyz · 06/01/2014 22:25

Meant to say det your o sounds fine to me, he'll get there and has been walking ages so must just be more interested in the moving side of things :)

Elizadoesdolittle · 06/01/2014 22:39

No actual words but lots of babbling and understanding. She thinks she saying some words (hot, fish, sock, duck) but she's not actually saying them. I guess the fact she is attempting to is good enough. As DD1 never shuts up I'm quite happy for E to remain wordless for a bit longer. Don't think my ears could take it! Mind you if she could speak she might shreak less wishful thinking.

Kyz · 07/01/2014 05:02

Lol eliza e can be a bit like that with some of the words he's trying to say like stairs is one ATM and it sounds like there's. He also doesn't always say something, like for example sometimes if you say 'where's your shoes?' He will point and say there, but sometimes he either repeats shoes, says nothing at all or blanks me totally like he has no idea what I'm saying!!!

Can't sleep

I managed to catch up on the last Fred, just! Wow, lots to say! If I get chance to reply to any of it that'll be a post of complete epicness! Three things that have stuck in my mind are yay for shagging chasing, omg at ils Pr!! And lovely house isles :) no idea on this rent thing but your ll sounds like a twat

Hope I get on to post later. Feeling a bit disconnected from the quiche ATM - my own fault for not hasing the time to come on much

ValiumQueen · 07/01/2014 07:11

How does a tablet yawn?

Pikz · 07/01/2014 07:25

VQ I want to know that!
