Jonas' reflux has been really bad since the MMR so I'm going totally dairy free again until Christmas - big acid burps and squeaks of pain. I hope it settles down before DH goes to the Falklands as I'm struggling to get him to settle on my own .

I might polish up my Munchausen's credentials and take him to the docs this week as he has had a temperature pretty frequently over the last week, a cough (reflux) and is unsettled at night - I'm hoping it's being triggered by something easily treatable like an ear infection .

I think I might have done my last bf. feeling very emotional about it. H has a cold and scrapes his teeth on my boob every time he unlatches to breathe and I've been putting up with it for about 3 or days but it hurts too too much. He's never done this before even though he's had many colds. I'm not sure what's going on.

Amazing day at the train place. DS1was pinging around like a super excited thing about going on the steam train. It was such a lovely afternoon just the four of us, then home to a dinner all ready on the slow cooker. Perfect.

My degree is Music, I've used it but am better suited to informal education hence the youth work and sn stuff. I'm ad hoc nannying for my friend, applied today for more yw hours and am starting a music class after Christmas for parents and babies. Initially Thursdays but also have a possible venue for Saturdays for working parents.

chasing and fatima I was just reading a magazine giving details of christmas activities and there are lots of things going on in covent garden so you might want to add that to your list of places to visit. They are going to have a large snow globe and real reindeer that you can feed amongst other things.

I'm not sure why he's doing it, he's bitten me before but it's never been like this. I was hoping that it would be him self weaning rather than me making him stop. I just feel quite bad about it all. Been at my sister's baby shower today, she seemed happy with how it went. V excited to meet the baby in a few weeks. I gave her a 'new mum' package of Lansinoh, breast pads, hand sanitiser and hob nobs.

My degree was in theatre. Hoping to encourage L to do accountancy or dentistry or plumbing. Something sensible that will earn him a bit of money unlike his parents.

Well, J woke about 30 mins ago, red like a lobster and hot like a hot lobster, but happy, unlike a hot lobster, who would be pissed off and getting sleepy. Clearly Omeprazole is the difference between a happy hot boy and a pissed off hot boy. He is happily pushing his horse across the room and back again, having guzzled milk and calpol. Everyone else is asleep.

I can't read and keep up and reply. I'm useless just now. I did try and post yesterday WRT to the old N H S thing but it didn't post and I can't be bothered retyping as I will just get angry about it!

I have just seen that kyz asked after J so for once will reply rather than just read. He is still a nightmare but isn't as screamy. He's got a terrible cough but seems less ill today which is good. We are in a distaste zone as we are getting the kitchen redecorated! He's been in bed an hour maybe and DH has been up Twice already.

Crumbs Flouncey I'm off to see the doc with J this week for less wakings than that I don't know how you'd are coping - poor wee soul (and poor you and DH). I'm so sorry for how he's still struggling. Do they have a clue why all the wake ups still? How are you healing?

J is just asleep. Tonight I would happily trade DH in for a plastic spoon. It is always down to me. Everything is always down to me. Even two days post section it was down to me, and when I was 6 months pregnant with a broken ankle it was down to me

Well, J slept a bit. I slept a bit less. No fever this morning thankfully, but his glands in his neck are the size of marbles.
