stunt Why did he feel the need to move J? Bit confused as to why he would do that. And how horrible for you to have to sleep on the floor, and then to top it all off, be kicked! I can understand what you mean about it being more of nudge to tell you to go back to bed rather than an actual kick but still! Completley unappropraite behaviour from him.

Haha jj I have bought E the toot toot garage for xmas. Got it for a bargain price due to christmas bargain threads so if it's crap I'm glad I didn't fork out more. Hopefully it will at least entertain her (more likely DD1) for a while anyway.

chasing Good luck with the app. I hate filling out things like that!

My heating is stuck on. Better than being off as I hate being cold. The thermostat is at 24.5o Smile. I'm too scared to turn it off in case it doesn't come back on but I guess I can't just leave it as it is.

I suggested that she should write she was stunning but she dismissed it. Or her head is screwed on her neck. Or something similar.

hi shelly. A few of us have NC'd. Maybe those of us who have need to update the pinned post on FB.

Poor O misslaughalot. But you're right, she won't have a scooby about the importance of the day. And if she ends up anything like my DD, a trip to the hospital is her idea of a theme park. Loves it.

Miss, I know how you feel about the birthday. It isn't the same at all, but I was planning to do something with O and my parents next Thursday (same birthday Smile) and they suggested driving to pick up his birthday cake Hmm A 40 mile round trip stuck in the car wasn't exactly what I had in mind. I think I'll just plan a nice day for me and O.

chasing that's what I had yesterday with O and wouldn't change it for anything. She loved the zoo, loved my wonky cake and loved me Blush.

I kinda feel like it should be just me and him. He's with his dad on the Friday and his party is on the Saturday. Will be nice to have a day just about the two of us. I think a 1st birthday is about the mum as well as the baby. I am feeling sad that a year ago me and XP were still together and that we should be reminiscing about this time together.

Yep Zamboni Nottingham Panthers. I grew up in Notts and my Grandad was a supporter from when they started then my dad used to go with him and when my granddad died my dad started taking me instead so I've really grown up supporting them. Its rare I get chance to go to a game now but still try to occasionally and F had a little Panthers babygrow too (that he has now grown out of!)

Anyone's LO found a more hilarious game than emptying boxes of wipes Hmm ?

Went to pick up LO at nursery this evening and the nurses told me she had spent the day asserting her independent voice. A bit of digging uncovered that they meant she had been a stubborn pita who doesn't like the word 'no' :o

Yes PR. Eating said wipes Hmm

Hitting things with other things to find out what makes the loudest noise his percussionist mother's son then Hmm you can see the naice helpers at playgroup wince every time he heads for the toy kitchen Blush

It's just here this week. 50th anniversary Dr Who I think.

YellowWellies · 21/11/2013 17:50

No I think it's new for the Dr Who anniversary?

Our favourite game is climbing anything. Especially stairs. And trying to sneak into the shower, unscrew the drain cover and stick his hand down the drain before Mummy comes shrieking! Am seeing the appeal of an over bath shower. Shame we don't have one Confused

Damn Not on the High Street emails - have just spent too much thanks to them Blush but that's all the kids in the family sorted Smile .

Hallo.

P's favourite things include:
Whipping wipes out of the packet
Stroking aging pussy
Walking round and round and round and round
New fav - sharing her dummy with me.
Report
misslaughalot · 21/11/2013 19:07

We do the dummy sharing thing too. O finds it hilarious if I have the handle in my mouth and then lean over to put the teat in her mouth. She opens her mouth to take it but then giggling gets in the way Grin

Report
Passmethecrisps · 21/11/2013 19:07

Other favs include

Chucking all things out of cot then crying for their immediate return. This is happening right now
Nicking my pencil case out of my work bag and hiding it

Report
fruitpastilles · 21/11/2013 19:19

The cot thing is a fave of S's. Her other favourites are emptying her bottom drawer and running (crawling) away from me as fast as she possibly can shrieking with delight and stopping every second to turn around to make sure I'm chasing her.

One of my kitchen cupboards is a safe place. Full of plastic salad crap and plastic cups so I can pretend to get mad when they empty it. They get the fun and as I don't react with the other cupboards in the same way they don't bother.

Fecking teeth. I haven't had to eat tea one handed for a while!

Birthday cake looks VERY homemade not in a good way

Fave things here -
lobbing stuff out of the bath
chewing shoes
opening and closing doors again and again and again
holding a ball in her mouth and crawling around mooing

Report
YellowWellies · 21/11/2013 20:06

Jonas loves it when you lay him on the bed and flump down next to him making him boing into the air.

Tonight for the first time he emptied his ikea wooden block wagon of all the blocks and sat in it. Looking vair chuffed with himself. He was delighted when I pulled it across the room. Smile

Passmethecrisps · 21/11/2013 20:10

Hahahaha!

P has on occasion parked herself on her changing mat and looked expectant so I have dragged her around while she hangs on falls off

Bed time is a hard sell tonight. Still rummaging around up there. Long periods of silence followed by WHACK WHACK MEH. This usually results in more meeehing as she has flung all things out of the cot and is now bereft.

Think she is trying to force out farts.
