This thread's topic is what size of nappies are your babies in? And how are the cloth bum babies doing?

Oh and don't touch LeaderPrice with a bargepole. They make Aldi look like Waitrose. Intermarche much better for everything - they all, without exception ime have good fish, meat and fruit and veg. A bit more expensive but they support local communities. I go out of the way to my nearest one.

PetiteRaleuse · 12/07/2013 21:15

But obviously the local market will be even better.

Can't believe I am jealous at someone coming to France. Am so boredof my local area , which is great. I just love France so much I want to spend my time travelling round it and eating all the food and drinking the lovely wine

Happy birthday MsJJ glad the week ended well for you. I feel immensely proud of H. He has gone from a tiny dot struggling to breath to a gorgeously sunny tempered, determined and funny little butterball. I cannot tell you how amazingly happy it makes me to see his little chubby thighs and watch him smiling at people!

kirrinIsland · 12/07/2013 21:17

Happy birthday mrsJ :)

Nice to read all the proud parent moments.

Kyzordz · 12/07/2013 21:26

Nice speedy reply from ofsted bplp :)

Aww pass lovely :)

Ooh well done bry for ds and the commando crawling :)

The proud parents moments are lovely to read :)

Seems all quiet on here again tonight, I hope that's for good reasons :) I am contemplating another early night, Eric hasn't made a peep since 6:45 when I put him down and I guess I might aswell join him!

PetiteRaleuse · 12/07/2013 21:36

You know those white plastic garden chairs? Flimsy. Especially when a toddler decides to climb on them. I don't know how she didn't break something. Just a bump to the forehead. Lucky girl, no need for a&e. Before the summer is out there will be a broken limb. She climbs on everything. I'm sure I wasn't as mad as her at that age. Hopefully lesson learned anyway...

Thanks for the replies everyone! We're going to Montignac in the Dordogne region PR, thanks for all of the info, very useful. So how much are nappies? There's a lidl 15km away, I usually buy lidl nappies anyway, I don't know if I can fit 100 nappies in the cases, we're flying Ryanair, we only get 15kg and 20kg!

TooManyDicksOnTheDancefloor · 12/07/2013 22:14

Hey PP,didn't know you still had a bug! We've been to Suffolk and Glastonbury in the van so far this year. We're going to Viva Skegvegas Aug bank holiday, haven't decided on Action yet.

Kyzordz · 12/07/2013 22:33

Glad she's ok pr kids do some crazy things don't they! I remember being fond of climbing huuuuge trees as a child. We also enjoyed sitting in wash baskets and throwing each other down the stairs!!

Neeeearly at the end of the Fred nows, and as you can see I didn't get to bed early :(

MsJupiterJones · 12/07/2013 22:51

Thank you for the birthday wishes folks. I do feel very lucky and burst with pride when I hear people say L looks lovely and chubby, such a change from those early months when all I got was 'gosh he's very small!'

PR sorry to hear about the garden chair accident. Chairs are so tempting to play on but so easy to tip over.

I am in bed & hoping for a quiet night, slightly worried about room temp but what can you do. N'night & see you all on the new Fred!
