Oooggs, your poor brother. I know that his dw wasn't anyone's favourite person but he must be really upset.
And your poor poor friend. What a devastating situation for her.

I don't know how he is, my mum told me today, he told them last night. I feel very sad for him but you know my opinion on bridezilla - I feel like I am getting my brother back - how selfish is that? Blush I hope now that he picks himself up and in the future settles down with someone nice, his own age and has a family.

Oooggs, totally understand what you mean about bridezilla, am sure you will be there for your brother anyway, regardless of your feelings about her. You have no reason to feel guilty about your feelings, I would probably want to say I told you so too! Hope he is doing ok though x

I have a very nice glass of red and I am sat in my bed. I worked last night and only slept for three hours today so will be settling down soon, but the wine bottle was calling me! Wine!

Hope everyone is doing okay and coping with all the bad stuff life has been throwing around recently.

We got chickens at the weekend - I am a chicken novice, but they don't seem to have been eaten yet. Neither have they laid any eggs yet Hmm! N is not optimistic - she said "we need to know which one is which, so that when the fox eats one we will know which one we have left"!

Countdown to the great 4th birthday party experiment on Saturday - arghh!

I have the funeral this afternoon - so much organising, it is at 2.3pm so needed some brave person to look after youngest 3 and someone else to pick up ds1 from school.

The usual candidates would have been dh (on nights) mum (working) or dad (eye apt at 2.50pm) but managed to find other victims people to help me out

Oooggs, hope the funeral went as well as could be expected, and you managed to sort out child care xx

I have some good news - hooray! I went to see my aunt this morning, she got home over the weekend. She looks very tired but is otherwise doing really well. She is walking around unaided, and her chemotherapy should only be a couple of short courses. The consultant is very optimistic about her long term prognosis which is brilliant! It was lovely to see her in such good spirits Smile

M starts pre school on Mon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He said he wanted to go when he was 7 but decided on Monday he wants to go to school.Hope he enjpys it.If so he could start full time school Sept!

Well there is one very over-excited 4 year old here, working her way through a mountain of presents Grin!

She had a great time at her party yesterday, and we survived the onslaught of 21 small people (we were in the village hall over the road). I was a bit worried because O doesn't always like being the centre of attention, but she loved it.

To think that 4 years ago I had just had a baby in the car . . . Smile

Happy Birthday to the other 27 March babies in case anyone is lurking - Lola, Zed and Tiana if I remember right?!

Fi has had her party today, did it the easy way in a local soft play place so we only had to turn up with a cake and some party bags, fab! She had a brilliant time and is in bed asleep after a very busy day. Another busy one tomorrow for her proper birthday!

Oooggs, happy birthday to jack and erin for Tuesday. Can't believe they are all turning four Shock

I successfully French plaited ffions hair today and she looked gorgeous, but too grown up!
