Nice weekend here a lovely trick or treat session for all the kids at the condo on Saturday evening whilst the adults stood around drinking wine and beer (me excluded of course). The older kids helped the littler ones around and up the stairs and things. DS thinks he can now get chocolate just by saying trick or treat. Still v.tired and sick though.

Hippy thanks for the offer (x2) never looked for ginger nuts here as am not generally a biscuit fan - will let you know what I find!

I have a foul something or other that make my head feel full of water and my ears crackle, just lovely!

DD1 awake at5.30 despite all attempts to get her to say in bed longer. DD2 also awake but was fed and put back in bed to blow raspberries until she fell asleep again.

Will be back later after tea!

thanfully due to hectic weekend dds have slept ok.. both went til 7am new time yest, dd1 awake at 6.15 but sent back to bed to read til i fell guilty and got up ..

dd1 back at school today and has been told only 7 weeks til xmas break ...

hopefully have some proper time to catch on what you have all been up to

DD's woke at 6.30 and were sent back to bed until bunny/hippo woke up. DH has man flu so i have left him to sleep whilst DD1 tantrums about what to wear. . Just another Manic Monday

it would seem our doorbell was turned off last night. not sure why, i was fully prepared with bags of sweets so dh must have done it

argh, now down to one hand..ds scared of the number taker. he's not exactly child friendly (the number taker, not my ds!)

DD happpily gurgling on a beautiful quilt I think of you all every time i put her on it

last night everyone (apart from dh) slept from 10 til 4am!!!! i feel so refreshed!!

oh, DS has just realised DD's awake and gone running over to see her with a big smile and saying 'hiya mee-mee' Oh my, he's so adorable sometimes

that isn't what i was going to say, but thought i'd share anyway.

i've just had a 'bowl of rice peas' requested so i'd better go (rice peas is a mixture of shreddies and rice krispies in case anyone's wondering!)

DD1 having lunch at nursery today so I am at a loose end. Good news is water seem to have drained from my head bad news is it all seems to be in my right ear!

Sounds like everyone had a fun Halloween. I went out to a crazy party in London and got more drunk than I have been for several weeks years. Lots of fun was had, lots of dancing was done, and lots of painkillers were consumed the next day.

Have at last been to the doc's re. my chest and come away with anti-bs and an inhaler. Three weeks of coughing and wheezing is enough for any woman!

dd1 still complaining of poorly ear so may take her to the docs before school if i can get an appointment.. she seems ok in herself but complained to the teacher so not really sure what to do.. no temp either .. maybe she is just playing me but i am way too soft ...

thanks for asking star, have had this silly cold/cough for over two weeks, no sign of shifting but head is clears iykwim..

ok so i am a bad mummy , dd1 has a nasty ear infection .. she is now lying on the couch feeling v v sorry for herself.. antibiotics got so here is to a swift recovery..
