Hello. Smile

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
FjorgynAndHotWater · 26/10/2010 20:56

That was to me TS not you! Good luck with the wind.

TheNewLegume · 26/10/2010 20:57

Dreadful news, Bibi. So sorry. Sad

That's some bit of meddling over there. Wink

BibiBelle · 26/10/2010 21:09

was it, sorry Blush anyhow - how are mother and baby?? the boys must be excitedSmile

thank you all for kind thoughts re Dad, it really was an eye opener having him here. crisp they've told him they're sending him to some lesson or class to give him some management tips to help him cope with his condition. you know how flat it is here - he couldn't walk from us to the pub Sad

what's the meet up? something special on?

TS - take the route of least hassle with regards to visitors. My dad doesn't like staying with us as he needs to get up and down to the toilet during the night AND needs some space to get rest away from the girls. I'm no longer offended, don't try to change it and appreciate the space when we've got it!

Ffjorn - D not best pleased here tonight either but shouting Mummy over and over again Hmm

aDarkStarWithStrangeWays · 26/10/2010 21:20

Bibi and Crisp what rotten news re. both your dads :(

Legume well done to your sister, and may I add well done for all the noisy years to come Grin

Fjorgyn tell DS I am sending a hard stare Envy

BibiBelle · 26/10/2010 21:20

what do you all think of this nursery?

aDarkStarWithStrangeWays · 26/10/2010 21:24

I think it looks amazing Bibi and I really like their philosophy.

Crisp please enlighten us re. Croke Park! Are you planning a spectacular renewal of vows? Grin

ScreamingTerror · 26/10/2010 21:26

Hots...we crossed posted. Didn't see your italics comment. I was adding my 2 cents to Bibi's request for input.Smile

Star, YES HE IS!Wink

Bibi, he does snore like a freight train and you're right he's probably got to pee a thousand times during the night. It's okay. I'll get over it.

The girls are acting like kitty cats. MEOW! MEOW!

I have just proofed the FINAL PROOF of my Christmas cards!!!!! HOORAY!!!!! They will be here in a few weeks!!!!!! :) :) :)

ScreamingTerror · 26/10/2010 21:30

OH and DH just sold our spare vehicle!! HOORAY!!!! It will be missed slightly but it needed to go. That's one more thing off my worry list. For the record it stopped working in August and was going to cost way more than it's worth to bring it back to life. I can't drive it anyway because it's a manual transmission. HOORAY!!! HOORAY!!!!

TheNewLegume · 26/10/2010 21:31

Bibi - I really hope things get easier soon. It seems very unfair that so many things are landing in your lap at the moment. Sad to hear about Crispy's dad's health too. Sad

On the blog side, I hoovered up some 'toos' and 'likes' and now I'll leave it alone unless you ask! The sub-heading might be a bit long though - it's important to you of course that you and C have one relationship to the shop and the others have another, but for the person on your website, that side of it isn't important.

BibiBelle · 26/10/2010 21:37

the nursery is a consideration if and only if I manage to leave my current employment and make a go of what I'm doing now. I don't think I'll manage to do that before L goes to school but it would be nice for D to do it?

Legume - I have resigned myself from stumbling from one thing to another at the moment, as long as it's not affecting the girls then I can handle it all. DH's blood pressure to sort out first though Shock

difficult to write a blog on behalf of us both when I'm used to writing mine from just my point of view - feel free to pull me up on anything!

what was the tally on the italics vs normal? TS - are you keeping count?! Grin

ScreamingTerror · 26/10/2010 21:40

i think italics won but very close.

BibiBelle · 26/10/2010 21:41

RedLegume I can't 'fix' the paragraph half way down the photo when the rest is in italics and it isn't - any clues?

BibiBelle · 26/10/2010 21:42

oh hooooo look who's here! [hsmile] I can't believe I didn't notice [hshock] - makes me realise how negligent I've been [hblush]

alittlebitshy · 26/10/2010 21:51

ahha take that!!! oooooooooooh

BibiBelle · 26/10/2010 21:53

oh Crisp - I've just googled the date and place and you bring shame on us all -

alittlebitshy · 26/10/2010 21:54

i wondered ig twas that then had a quick google and lo!
I soooo want to go to the tour. I went in 2007 (when just preggers with ds Grin) and it was great. Been to a couple of Robbie gigs too so all under one roof would be

alittlebitshy · 26/10/2010 21:56

BUT also next year i have tickets for Boyzone and (this one is purely for dd - maybe i will send dh Grin) JLS

ScreamingTerror · 26/10/2010 22:04

googled. still lost.Confused

CrispyTheCorpse · 26/10/2010 22:06

Thanks all Smile. Dad is a tough old bugger but hard to see when he can't walk 100ft of the length of their garden. The girls and I are off to see Mum & him tomorrow which will be lovely and i finally tracked down a pressie today for his birthday. Bibi has your dad got a blue badge? Dad is still too proud as he sees it as giving in

LOL at all the excitements in the TS house tonight Grin

Nursery looks very lovely bibi - would that be instead of A? Can you work the shift hours round it?

Spoken to DH about today and he agrees that it was a good outcome and I shall be bravely forging onwards Smile

Yes, big event in Croke Park, 18 June. just google Grin

CrispyTheCorpse · 26/10/2010 22:07

Arse. X post Blush

BibiBelle · 26/10/2010 22:13

Crisp - no blue badge, he handed mum's back as was determined that was for her and not his use. He also won't let me do online shopping for him etc as it would go to waste with only him in the house. He stated that his breathing was better up here during his short stay but he won't move up - too many memories Sad Nothing I can do from this far and if I were to go down I'd have to take all 3 which just tires him out.

the nursery would only be if I can manage to make the shop & KnB work. It wouldn't work round the shifts at all. No use for L but maybe a consideration for D.

Well done one today's good outcome though Smile

HippyHippopotamus · 26/10/2010 22:18

sorry, i seem to be in the wrong place.... the hairy truckers i know don't like take that!

oh and i saw them before they were famous [pokes tongue out]

CrispyTheCorpse · 26/10/2010 22:22
Grin

I predict L&D will be in that nursery within 3 months Wink

BibiBelle · 26/10/2010 22:24

and take your shitey CD collection with you!!!

3 months is severe weather up here, not sure I could do that to them [meep]

HippyHippopotamus · 26/10/2010 22:27
