Enya echoing TS here - she is always right Smile

Fingers and toes x'd for today/tomorrow Merlion. Really, really hope all is as it should be. xx

Good day today but i have been majorly pissed off to discover my ex employer 'forgot' to tell V'fone that i had left and i have been charged since for my blackberry (which i think they are also claiming i didn't return). GRRRRRR Angry

Big(ish) day work wise tomorrow, can't say much but i need it to go well, so any positive vibes would be gladly received Smile

Worcha Steaky, hope all good?

FjorgynAndHotWater · 25/10/2010 21:39

Just nipping on while DH finishes packing up his ebay stuff then we are going to start on season 2 of Buffy Grin

Just about recovered from our weekend, thankfully DC slept until 7.45 this morning (apart from 2 middle-of-the-night wanderings from DD) We went for a lovely walk round a local lake, DD pretended to be a train on the miniature tracks and DS had a total meltdown because his banana snapped in two when it was being peeled Hmm but a paddle at the lake edge and watching some doggies splashing and swimming to fetch sticks cheered him up again Smile

star please put your pictures up, am dying to see them Smile We will have to video the Benny Hillers next time you come!

Merlion good luck for tomorrow, am sure it'll be fine Smile

Good luck to you too enya. Maybe this time alone with the DDs will make your H realise just how much work it is looking after them...

crispy [intrigued], whatever it is I will send you a bucket full of good vibes too Smile

There's enough positive to go around. Take what you need and leave the rest for another member.

TheNewLegume · 25/10/2010 22:23

Merlion - lots of fantastically good luck from here too.

Wotcha, Steaky. Lovely to have you back. And better still to see you on Skype last week. Smile

CrispyTheCorpse · 25/10/2010 22:31

Thanks for all the vibes ladies Smile. TS you are certifiably nuts lovely Grin

I have finally got round to ordering DD2's wardrobe & drawers. Even DH was getting hacked off having her clothes in 3 different places Hmm

How's the kitchen Legume?

Off to bedski for me now and to read my book. Night. x

BibiBelle · 25/10/2010 22:57

Crispy - which ones did you get? Am swithering over these bunksbut I'll have to sell a few Hmm more cakes to get them!

All who need positive thoughts shall have them in bucket loads tomorrow Smile

salta · 25/10/2010 23:49

Yes, thoughts for all.

DH thinks that Benny Hill is hilariously funny. I think that it must be cultural as my communist Spanish teacher thought so too.

Bank holiday on Wednesday for the census.

Need to mark.

PS both DC asleep before 7pm. Please vote:

a) Excellent idea, more time for marking, more time for mumsnet and they will sleep happily through until 7am or

b) You will be unable to convince them that it is not the morning at 3am and DS will vomit in his bed again.

TheNewLegume · 25/10/2010 23:54

And good luck Crispy, too.

CV proofread-quick hint, include the class of your degree rather than the university's postcode. Wink Nice fellow, now properly ready to wow the world. And payment for this one was 6 million favours done by his wife over three years and 12 iced cupcakes. You can't say fairer than that.

ScreamingTerror · 26/10/2010 01:51

Salta, mine use to go to bed at 7pm and had no problem sleeping until 7am. For some blasted reason they are ignoring that fact at the moment and are still wide awake and playing in their room.

ScreamingTerror · 26/10/2010 01:57

So did everyone hear me say in my mommy voice, BED NOW!Angry All's quiet. PLEASE let that mean they are going to sleep. I'm so tired I can't see straight!!!!

salta · 26/10/2010 03:01

so that'll be b) then. Hope all OK ST! What flavour cupcake?

Bloodberrybatbait · 26/10/2010 07:15

Boybait hope you get your nap in.

We are off to Cork for a couple of days, dp has work to do there so as it's half-term I thought we'd piggyback on that. Alors, best pack.

TheNewLegume · 26/10/2010 09:21

Morning all. Can I borrow a bit of luck for my sister who is having her fifth c-section today, and is hoping dearly for a girl after four boys. Shock

Bloodberrybatbait · 26/10/2010 09:38

Leggy - fingers crossed for a safe birth and a healthy baby pink or blue. You do know it will be another boy don't you?

Ursula - may the sun shine all over you all on your mini break!

Merlion · 26/10/2010 11:20

All ok here. Good strong heartbeat heard which was a big relief so am going to try and enjoy being pg and roll on 12 weeks for tests etc. And finally have edd of 6 June 2011.
