I have a mouse thanks to Asda! Can't believe I left it back in Bristol. I brought a load of research work to do on my magical alphabet work but without a mouse I am stuck. I don't understand how people use spreadsheets with a track pad. I can barely produce an email.

Anyway - I had to google miriam stone speakout. What a lovely find. I picked up a bowl of secondhand crystals in a charity shop recently too but half of them were fake.

Blank - that crystal is awe inspiring!

FilledSoda I had a hagstone on a silver bracelet that I wore for a number of years. One day quite inexplicably the chain snapped and the stone fell off. I did eventually find it in the roadside but I concluded that the stone had completed its tour of duty with me and wanted to "retire". I thanked it for its service and returned it to the water from whence it had come to rest and recharge.

I replaced it with another one but I rarely wear it and don't have anything like the same connection with it. I still miss my original one.

I love the sound of that hagsstone. I must get myself down to the beach to look for some, I live only 15 minutes from the shore, including some rocky beaches, I am sure a stone would find me if I went looking.

I even love the name hagstone, derived from the word for witch and hedgewitch, in folklore a fairy or godess. I embrace the crone and I love the word hag, so maligned ( like us witches in general).

The strength in this thread is amazing, it's like a solid locomotive now powering under a huge momentum, can't really be moved especially not by a few leaves on the track.

Ideally I would like to have a cosy night in with some malt whisky, incense and candlelight gazing into my Miriam Stone.

But I have taxi service to do and food to cook. So a quick shower before bed will be the only luxury that will be happening.

A friend said they'd send me a hagstone, I was expecting a small one to use as a charm or pendant or pendulum. no, it's half the size of a housebrick. Maybe I attract larger than average items from Mother Earth.

Mmm, nightcaps, I don't drink, but one of the family is really into gin and I think the aromas of some of the new ones are divine.

Does the magic tea pot have hangry growth spurt gotta tidy his bedroom teen taming brew? I could use some of that. But the magic teapot talk did remind me I have some bramble vinegar so I have a nice hot throat soothing brew in hand.

I was treated to a hare sighting this morning. He stopped to look at me before he ran off. Magical. Totally magical.

Sorry I am struggling to keep up with the thread very well atm, there is a lot of life demanding attention. Not hard or troubling just busy and requiring focus. Hoping once the change that is in process of being implemented is in place I can engage more properly.

I bought a crystal guide book last week. My gutt suggests this topic and conversation has been brewing in many of our minds recently. Is anyone feeling a draw to gather things to protect around themselves.

Barton I recognise a number of those. But recalling names escapes me. If no one else comes to the rescue before I get chance to sit down tomo, I will pull out my book and see what I can do.

Yes Hills that urge to be prepared for anything is very much present for me at the moment

ball, Honey coloured agate or moonstone (not rainbow moonstone, just moonstone)
Rose Quartz, Sodalite, don't know the black one and banded agate.

row above bottom from left,
Metal ball, not sure with the purple one, doubt charoite or forgot its name
Pink one's rhodochrosite greeny white amazonite.

the 3 in the next row up from the left are white one either moss agate or howlite, green with dark green pattern is malachite and the turquoise one (vvv expensive for a real piece that size )so maybe dyed howlite or turqualon.

Hard to see properly but here’s my guesses so far! It might give something to go on to look them up.

Now I’m going to see if I’m guessing the same as BlankTimes on any of them!

I'm comparing and contrasting with the names you've given, the crystals and google

Honey agate or citrine, maybe aventurine and smoky quartz

top one don't know and maybe a tooth or sliver of natural rose quartz.

Really could do with say 5 maximum per photo and closer up images though for a better id.
