Home at last after a long day. It's so nice to be able to take ten minutes after a busy day to read all the posts and sink into the comforting energy of this thread 😊

Elphame good idea with the bamboo. In fact, you've got me thinking whether I could do something similar. I have neighbours on both sides and behind. They're all nice enough, but it would be nice to have a bit of privacy.

Thinking about the candle connection. Monday 6 May is a bank holiday I believe, so perhaps that would work after all?

I can't believe we're almost at the end of thread 7. That's 7000 posts, think of all that knowledge and wisdom that's been shared! I can't thank you enough Speakout for starting this thread and bringing us all together 🙏

Queenrollo I can feel your sadness, I'm so sorry you're feeling like this. Sit by the aga with us in the energy and let us take care of you 💕

Enchanters lovely to hear from you and pleased you have managed to get outside a couple of times. It must take it out of you, but I'm sure it also does you the power of good. Sending strength and healing 💫

Would love a candle connection as well.
It is very windy this week, hillwalking was quite difficult in place. But I am glad I went out. I'm having quite bad cramps and it's only really through taking quite high doses of Ibuprofen that I have enough brain space to work, but the walking helps. Does anyone have any ways of dealing with cramps?

I do have a loaf of bread in the oven which I'm looking forward to eating.

epsom salts. magnesium in it helps as does warm bath to apply it.

exucse briefness things just fell over and i need to stop more

queenrollo · 24/04/2019 21:08

Yes, epsom salts are amazing for cramps. In a bath or a foot soak if you can't manage a bath.
I also always have a bottle of magnesium oil for massaging into muscles and joints, it's very handy for the times when a soak isn't possible.
I'd also eat a banana, the potassium seems to help.

rivierliedje · 24/04/2019 21:16

I don't have a bath, but I could try the footbath (need to get some epsom salts first though, are they in the bath or the medicine aisle?)

Thank you

rivierliedje I realise that no one has answered your question on Epsom salts. I get mine from the pharmacist, you can get them as part of bath salts (radox do some but they are too strongly scented for me), and you can also buy them in various places on the internet - plain or with added extras like rock salt or herbs. I will pop this on both this and the last thread just to make sure you see it.
