A moments rest, a cup of tea after walking in the rain.
I'm grateful for supportive, understanding family.
Grateful for a nice home cooked meal made by cheery friends

The venue at which my eldest grandson was playing football had a sheltered area from which to spectate - still freezing and windy but at least the rain didn't get us.
Warming cup of coffee is about to thaw me out after above excursion, and there's a danish pastry in the oven to reward myself for my grandmotherly dedication.

I'm also grateful for my fluffy knicker cats...they're amazing pets.

I am so truly grateful that my baby sleeps well. It makes such a difference to the whole "surprise pregnancy just before your 40th birthday"
I am grateful that she adores her daddy and that he provides for us

A few days without needing to go anywhere

A working dishwasher, washing machine and boiler...and access to water and electricity to run it all.
