I went grocery shopping this morning and found red cabbage to go in my salad! I was delighted!!

So many good things in my life.
Right now I can hear birds.
As I go to sleep I hear owls.
My children are well.
I have a safe warm home.
I have enough food to eat.

I have free medical care.
My children have free education.
I have a loving partner.

Looking forward to picking my grandson up from school and hearing a blow by blow account of his football team's game last Saturday. His enthusiasm and recall are remarkable!
A wonderful couple of hours catching up with an old friend who's visiting from overseas. We laughed, strolled and chatted as though we saw each other much more frequently than we do.
