My snake blotted his copy books by biting me. He is an angry bugger all the time but usually it’s a bluff!
My other snake has never done a thing wrong. He’s the perfect child! 😁

Another rolled in a seal story.
When he was about 9 weeks old he came along the garden path with a cat shit hanging out of his mouth. He looked very proud of his cigar and was extremely reluctant to give it up.
Has eaten the shite of many animals and birds.
Was sick in his bed on our long drive back from Spain. He rubbed his head in it to spread it out evenly. That was fun to get out. He's a Bedlington with curly hair

I took him to the vet because I thought he was constipated. He was straining. His bum hole was so hairy, the vet gave it a close shave and he was right as rain.

Late lamented boy dog ate the new dining room table. 3 out of 4 legs. Not the one we’d had for years oh no the one we saved for.

My late big grey cat was my shadow. He was fat, smelly and hated anyone and anything that wasn’t me, Dd1 or food. Unless they hated cats then he made it his mission to sit on them, rub around them and be their best friend. When I ended up in a wheelchair after a car accident for a year he escorted me everywhere and sat outside the loo in case I fell and growled at anyone else apart from DH who came remotely close. He then followed the chair back and stood guard until I was situated. He disgraced us terribly however when DH took sick after my accident and a kind friend brought soup and she brought her dog (lovely cockerpoo). “Don’t worry he is fine with cats” I will never forget grey cat (who was not fine with visiting dogs with me sofa bed bound) on top of the cabinet silently launching from a great height and me powerless to stop him. Thankfully Dd1 deftly plucked him mid air and wrestled him into the hall Blush

He sounds magnificent 😻

I should hope not - you don't want her getting a quack habit! 😁

Showing my age here - I don't know if anyone remembers Barbara Woodhouse (she was a famous dog whisperer in the 80s) but our first little dog was very naughty so I sent for her dog training book. I think it was called something like No Bad Dogs. Anyway when I got home it had been posted through the letter box and it had been chewed to high heaven. I had to send for another one and Mrs Woodhouse thought the first had got lost in the post.

My dog lifted his leg by the Christmas tree and soaked the beautifully wrapped presents underneath.
My daughter has an ornery but very lovable dog. She had set a pan of meat on the counter while waiting for the oven to preheat. She left the room to check on something and came back to find the pan on the floor and half of the meat devoured.

Brought a frog into the house when I was sofa-bound with a broken ankle. It was late and dark, and he dropped it on the floor right next to me and chirped, bless him. The frog leapt, and so did I, DH came running down the stairs in his pants. We managed to get the frog into a plastic container and out the front. Damn cat went and did it again the next night. I think he was trying to feed me because I was injured 😭

  1. rolled in seal mess - fishy and greasy grossness

  3. rolled in a fresh liquid cowpat

We came home and the cat had knocked a vase out of the kitchen window, onto the hot tap turning it on and flooded the kitchen as well as turning it into a steam room at the same time. Not only was the kitchen floor damaged, but we had a huge gas bill for all of the hot water. We’d only moved into the house a week prior too!

Rolled on a dead seal on a beach when we were on a camping trip in the hottest weather ever. Absolutely disgusting.

Yep my Westie rolled on half a dead sheep that had been washed up on the beach. It was so putrid its guts had turned bright green and the bloody dog was stinky and green too 🤮
The drive home (with every window in the car open) was the longest hour I can remember. We were all heaving and when we got home, everyone disappeared and he was suddenly ‘my dog’ to bath! 😔
Another time he rolled in human poo he found behind a tree in the park. He was covered in it 😳🤮
God I loved that dog though 😍

My lovely lurcher loved to swim. She liked mud best. We watched in horror as she shook herself off on a wedding party ...bride was very understanding...photographer not so much.

Ha ha. Reminds me of a previous very naughty dog who we took to see a dog shrink behaviourist. Full on leather couch and a 2 hr chat. Cost £250 and this was over a decade ago. A week later the paper report came, pages and pages. Dog got to it when it came through the letter box and chewed it all up!

My late pom used to unwrap Xmas presents, one year it was my DSF present of dark chocolate Brazil nuts sealed up then finished off with a chew on incense sticks!! That was an expensive Xmas with a trip to the vets. She lived till she was 14 and was 1yr old at the time!!

As a teenager my Dad would bring me a cup of tea in the morning on a weekend (in the hope of getting me out of bed). I would wake up when he came in, but fall back asleep without drinking it. I would later wake up and end up drinking it cold. One morning I woke up to find my lovely little cat drinking my cup of tea. I couldn't help but wonder how often she'd done that and I hadn't known and gone onto drink.

This happened when I was very little so I don't remember. Our cat was a former stray who my parents had taken pity on one bonfire night. For that reason he hunted the majority of his food and ate very little of what we gave him. One of our neighbours kept chickens. One day he came back dragging one of the poor things by the leg and tried getting through the cat flap with it (which is when my Dad caught him). My Dad had to take it back to the neighbour apologising. The chicken had a limp from then on. Same cat once brought a rat in and sat crunching it at the end of my parents bed one night. Needless to say he was banned from the bedrooms at night from then on. He was actually the softest cat when it came to humans.

My old Scottie dog was generally an adorable old terror but she really loved tradesmen (and knocking down small children). But she was well known for eating packed lunches in their bags, if they weren’t boxed up. If there was no lunch any old tool in the bag would do and be later found in the garden, I do miss her! She also wouldn’t come in from the garden unless you put down the toaster lever or showed her the grater. God she was nuts! 😂

In the middle of a heatwave my house rabbit chewed enough of the fan cable insulation to make it unsafe to use.

For a week beforehand he had been laying right against the air vents when it was switched on (like a smol boss).

Justcashnosweets · Yesterday 21:48

One of my cats was found in the garden one evening, terrorising a little mouse. Me and DP managed to get the cat away and save the mouse. End of story..or so we thought. The next morning, we woke up to what can only be described as a massive killing spree..in total, about 16 dead mice and a couple of rabbits 😧 I swear that bastard cat had done it on purpose as retribution for the night before. 😐 I do love him though, and luckily his murder sprees have vastly reduced with age!

My spaniel ate a large part of the door frame when I was working ... I though he was being a good doggie with his bone . He also ate the wooden handle from the gas man's screwdriver and stole a box of frozen meatballs from the counter. He was a naughty little thing.

My cat shat on the back seat of my car within minutes of me collecting her from the cattery where she’d been for three nights … 💩

My dog ran out of the front door when one of my daft teenage kids left it wide open when they took a delivery in .
She ran off down the street , into a neighbours house (who’d left her front door open for arriving guests at a small party she was having ) ran around the house and stole party snacks

Pug ate a box of posh chocs which were on our kitchen table, wrapped to give to a friend for Christmas. Added fun for the Christmas Eve it was - the village was flooding, the road looked like the Zambezi rapids. We made it out, paid £120 for make-dog.vomit-dark chocolate and then when we approached the village it became clear we could no longer get through. A helpful local farmer collected us and drive thru the flood to get back to our house.
