Just read a post about a "lie for death scenario".

I’ve just seen ‘this was not a lie for death scenario’. Please tell me that’s possibly an autocorrect fail, not someone who thinks it’s actually ‘lie for death’!

Haha! Cross post. Was so shocked, I had to come straight here!

Ha, great minds think alike and all that! But I honestly don't know. Many years ago I worked with a woman who was absolutely convinced it was "human cry" and not "hue and cry", so anything's possible.

I think people say his as he's - I hadn't thought of it until I heard someone say 'he's [something of his]'
