I have just walked in and DS1 is still in bed . Woken him up and said he needs to get his smelly body out of his pit and straight into the shower. He asked where I had been and I told him DS2 went to the flicks in town and his reply was "oh I wanted to go see that film". Well dear son, if you had of got up when I woke you up at lunch time - no less than 3 times I went into his room and he said "I'm not bovvered" I would have happily taken you too.

Bella. Thats nearly as good as Junior looking at her trainers this morning, and saying "oh, i thought WE were going to wash them". To which i replied - "really? That is why YOU put them back in the shoe rack and not by the washer then?

what are they like.... he was on a sleep over last night hence why he needed so much sleep today - he didn't get any last night! He is out of bed now and freshly showered. Next he will be asking me "what's for tea?". On a Friday the boys/DH have bacon/sausage butties so I shall just tell him to help himself and point him in the direction of the cupboard for the frying pan and the fridge for the bacon..

Just managed to have a relaxed afternoon with my DM (and DD). Never usually happens. Not sure why but we managed to enjoy each others company and no arguments! Miracle.

Hells, over all yes I am still avoiding caffeine. And am starting to feel better. I have this half baked idea to 'purify' my life which might sound a bit woo but is part of moving forward.

Bella - We did a short walk with DD to the park but other than that just stayed home...and it was lovely and easy. I shall have to work out what was different and try and replicate it next week.

Mitts - purifying your life. How inspiring. I haven't managed caffeine yet - but I bet you will feel amazing a few more days forward....I'm concentrating on the clutter (as I keep banging on about). There is something quite stressful and tiring about too much'stuff' - especially the kind of crap I keep hold of (everything - I am such a hoarder). As Bella reminds me - I need a big bin bag and a bit of ruthlessness. I am doing an hour a night (gosh I am a boring old cow)...but getting there.
