Morning all

Myjob i think it will take me at least 6 hours It is my most hated job! The sheer amount of laundry we have is one of the things that puts me off another baby It is never ending and very depressing, if i miss a day it takes me ages to catch up as i do between 3-4 loads a day

Connor is growing so quickly, I tried him in the xl fleece soaker last night and he's also dropped a night feed and his nappy was so much drier.
Lewis was very sick in the night, was so bad I had to bath him and wash the bedding, walls and teddies at 11pm last night

The new WN diggers fabric is haunting me. Lewis is digger mad. But I have recently bought a robots one from Instock and a custom bunny/GHMILY with lime inner and now have 5 Thinking of possibly selling a HL bee bedbug it's m/l but is a bit smaller than my others so possibly be a med. Is is getting hard to put night nappies on Connor as he just laughs and lifts his bum up and down when I do it!

12 days of visitors - all now gone! I have survived! Just taking down decs and having a massive clean - 5 mins for tea break. Got wasted last night on big family night out so atleast being productive while feeling slightly jaded

Everytime I get on top of the washing I feel a sense of accomplishment then it quickly moundsup again - another job for today. Have no got much better at folding and smoothing to reduce the ironing over christmas!

Myjob - great news re the flongies - will email you.

Mumface - boo to royal mail Is there not a delivery monday???

ds3 goes back to pre-school tomorrow but bigger ones start school on tuesday so off down to see Babybots tomorrow then walk on beach to wear them out a bit. Also need to sort out school stuff.

Right - back to work - dining room and hall next - probably the worst as the carpet is filthy and stuff everywhere!

octothechildherder · 03/01/2010 12:24

we need a new thread - 2010 fluffy nappies hanging on the line!

mumSmileyface · 03/01/2010 13:02

Octo- Don't know why but the card just said Tuesday on it. I arrange redelivery online to PO across the road, costs 50p but ensures I get it!

myjob - have emailed you again

Do you think I should set up a custom slot thing like WN so people can pick their flongies colours/trims?

Scotia · 03/01/2010 17:50

Yes Octo, I think that might be a good idea

Myjob, at N's WN's being too small already. Hope you get the other one sold quickly so you can reorder them in the next size

Oh no myjob, I'm sure they will sell quickly adn you can get more

octo - I think that is a cracking idea if that is possible. Everyone loves thinking their ones special to them.

Oh I really want new stuuuuuuf!! Although do have my SS wool which is a perfect fit. So yay to nappyweb [we I believe they are stocked

Put that stinky load on 3 rinses, 2 washes [one detergent one without] and then 2 rinses. Took all day and probably cost a tenner in electricity. No smells from radiatiors though. SO I might sling everything in the bath and give them a huge big rinse and soak. One of these days.

The nappy burn continues, and in dispo. Which is kindagood, though not for H, as it proves it isn't the washables. Yay. I think it's a bit of dairy in her diet tbh.
