Right - when trading ceases and you have a mini minute, you all have to evaluate my stash to see if it will get me through till I know what I'm doing, what shape bubbs I get, what sort of wee/poo pattern I'm dealing with, and until I have some money to make additions! All comments welcome - thank you in advance!!

Looks a good and envious range! Have you got washable wipes? I definately recommend!

treedelivery · 06/01/2009 16:33

Have got 89 fleece liners rofl at sight of them!! So think will be using those on my grand kids!!

Debs75 · 06/01/2009 18:00

the fleece liners are great for washing faces and for drying in creases so you don't get strands of cotton wool everywhere

treedelivery · 06/01/2009 21:17

eco friendly and financially sensible. Two don't usually go together

4andnotout have emailed you

thebluefoxategreensocks · 07/01/2009 20:20

just checking in & saying hello! Had some "nappy fun" yesterday at a nappuchino/nearly new sale that our local "real nappy project" put on! All their new nappies (ex-demos, or just plain new ones) were only 5 pounds and secondhand ones around 2.50 each. Picked up 2 cute, bright & colourful Ella's House ones for bump (a bright tie-dye/batik one & one with Winnie the Pooh), as well as a spotty Tots fleece wrap and black & white spotty (animal skin print) Popolino velcro wrap. Just had to get a few cute tiny things, even if I have tons of nappies already!

ceb80 · 07/01/2009 20:37

Hello! not sure where everyone else is. Your nappuchino sounds like fun, haven't seen any around here.

SunflowerNeedsSunshine · 07/01/2009 20:51

very rachel, no nappuccinos here

4andnotout · 07/01/2009 20:55

No nappacinos here either and lots of

treedelivery · 07/01/2009 20:58

was one about 2 hours from me but couldn't justify the expense. And believe me I tried!!

Would someone mind telling me about ella's house - what sort of age they are for and why they are good?

thebluefoxategreensocks · 07/01/2009 21:09

Awww, sorry! Not trying to make anyone envious! LOL These nappuchinos only started more regularly recently, tho they've had occasional events at various times. I missed the Nov one, so thought I'd better try to get to this one, since they had stuff for sale! ;)

treedelivery: afraid I can't really comment about the Ella's House yet, as not tried them properly. I had a couple of very well used Bumhuggers, but didn't really like them (very stiff hemp and not right shape for my little one). However, these look soft (so far!) and were tiny & cute, so gave them a try at only 2.50 each. Will have to report back after April! LOL I think one is a hemp/day nappy and the other is some sort of cotton one - not sure they still do them tho, as can't see them on website.

ceb80 · 07/01/2009 21:13

ooh yes I want to know about Ella's house too as the only nappy I have managed to get DH interested in is a camo one that is made by them! Boys!

4andnotout · 07/01/2009 21:28

Ellas House Bumhuggers are the only nappies i will use at night, they may not be pretty but for my piddlepants they are the only thing that works. In fact im on the lookout for some more small and large if anyone has any

rusmum bambinex teddies are on sale at bumfluff nappies

treedelivery · 07/01/2009 21:31

ARe they a bugger to dry? I imagine some sort of uber nappy of 3 inch thickness! Are these the ones we use with fleece wraps when bubbs is moving about so the wee evaporates?

4andnotout · 07/01/2009 21:35

They can take ages but as im using my tumbler at the moment it's not too bad, cant wait for a bit of dry and some sun so they can go out! I myself hated fleece wraps as they always wicked

lollipopmother · 07/01/2009 22:29

4andnotout - I've emailed you about some Bumhuggers I'm desperate to get rid of, size small.

swampster · 07/01/2009 22:32

Am I really the ONLY one who thinks Bumhuggers are pretty? AND trim-fitting? I have one second-hand old-style paws-print one - it was quite knarley to start with but a few goes in the tumble dryer soon sorted it out - now I don't tumble it that often.

I also have a couple of second-hand old-style small ones waiting in the wings for DS3 to turn up, and one brand new small one that is ridiculously soft in its un-pre-washed state.

AND I LOVE FLEECE WRAPS - but only Stacinators at the moment - I truly believe they are the Airflows of the fleecy world!
