How do you shower with a baby?

My DD is 9 months, I used to shower when she went down for her naps when she was newborn as she would nap for 3/4 hours. I'm not a single parent but DP works until 9:30pm. My DD naps half an hour max. I can't leave her in her bouncer unattended. How am I supposed to wash my hair? Please give me tips on what you do/did

Not washing your hair for a week and a half is crazy and borders on neglect for your basic hygiene needs. You it during a nap or as soon as they’ve gone down, it takes literally minutes. Once they aren’t napping you can again do it when they go to bed for the night or they should be able to play near you.

Both my kids have contact napped. Once she’s in bed I have time to eat tidy up do essential admin and then bed as they both wake overnight. I’m surviving. Hair washing is far down my list of priorities. My gym has crèche and I’ve started going there to wash my hair or if my partner watches both children in the morning. Once a week is fine I think.
