DP took me out to lunch today, to The Ivy. Twas really nice, good food and service, great decor, lovely stained glass windows. I only saw one sleb - Trisha Goddard with (I presume) her daughter.
I had seared scallops with bacon, followed by the rib-eye with chips and creamed spinach (with too much nutmeg in it).
It's been a funny old week. The house is a tip because I've hardly been in it (except to catch up on sleep). We're off on holiday on Saturday morning and I've organised nothing. Gulp!

No it's not Oggs. Put down that glass of brandy.

He days 2 1/4 hours will fit on a 4 gig pen from the TV. From the internet you will only get 8 hours.

DP on a Friday night? He's usually home at a reasonable time (7.30-8pm) unless he's out with a friend. The rest of the week I have no idea what time he'll be home. It's been worse since Christmas/New Year and will continue to get worse till the election. He's happy though because his story made the lead on Sky News at 10pm.
Oggs the 8gb I linked to might suit you but maybe you won't need it if the 4gb will suffice.

Lyra, I'd only see dh for about an hour a day if he came home at that time. I'd be pretty much a single parent too. I hope he brings a big fat wage for those hours.

Yeah, it's fairly fat but it doesn't go a long way in London.
