My bottle of squeezy Hellmans says do not freeze.

Berrie · 09/07/2009 18:31

Ah...thanks for that...was wondering about making up batches of sandwiches for lunches when they go back after the holidays. I did an experiment with a cheese sandwich and it was ok. I was wondering if I could freeze egg mayonaise...have loads of eggs!

Sorry to hear that you are feeling bad Lyra. Is there anything you want to moan about? have you anything nice planned for the holidays to look forward to? Am dreading it myself.

LyraSilvertongue · 09/07/2009 18:34

Can't talk about it on here, sadly, as I'd love a moan.
Got nothing planned yet for holidays. Only a week and a bit to go...

LyraSilvertongue · 09/07/2009 19:19

I'll email you Berrie, once I've put the children to bed.

ZebsRoomofHerOwn · 09/07/2009 19:25

Hope you feel better soon Lyra.

Goody goody. Roomy's cooking dinner

LyraSilvertongue · 09/07/2009 20:50

Thanks Zeb, but I'm sure I won't
Berrie, I've emailed you. Sorry, it's a bit of a long one...

ZebsRoomofHerOwn · 09/07/2009 22:00

Big hug Lyra.

LyraSilvertongue · 10/07/2009 09:38

Oggs, are you there yet? How was the flight?

Berrie · 10/07/2009 11:23

Thanks for E-mail Lyra. Will get back to you when I can give it proper attention, not easy at mo with dd running about. In the meantime just keep in mind that it will get better.

Come on Zeb, bit more info about your lodger!

OOOOGGGS! Are you there yet? Did you catch Torchwood last night?

We break up today...GROOOAAAN! I am actually dreading it.

ZebsRoomofHerOwn · 10/07/2009 19:49

Oggs is probably burried in Torchwood grief.

Err, lodger. She's a girl I used to work with, she's just split up with her BF and she' off to London towards the end of next month. So she's staying here in the meantime and putting me on the straight and narrow re food. Working well so far - I've lost 2lbs since Monday. So all is good. She's currently working her way through my West Wing dvds and she gets on with DS.

Not going well with DH though. He's v bad and ill, and is beginning to think the very worst may happen. And possibly soon. So not very cheerful stuff.

Berrie · 11/07/2009 08:12

Oh dear...it's not though is it? Should he present himself at A&E and get it done sooner?

LyraSilvertongue · 11/07/2009 17:21

Poor xDH. Is he having treatment?

Berrie · 11/07/2009 19:14

Sorry not been around. Ds has vomiting bug. Not feeling too great myself. Better get back to bowl holding...

Berrie · 11/07/2009 19:23

He was 33 at the time. I didn't sleep with him. He was a twat.

Sorry joint e-mail not suitable!

LyraSilvertongue · 11/07/2009 19:29

Poor DS.

Berrie · 12/07/2009 09:34

Groooaaaaan!

Jumping up all night with bowl. Poor little thing, poor me!

LyraSilvertongue · 12/07/2009 18:26

How is he today? You've been having a bit of a crappy weekend?
I've just woke up and am a bit groggy. DS2 went off to a birthday party this afternoon and I took DS1 on a 'bicycle adventure' along the river. Completely exhausted me.

Berrie · 12/07/2009 18:40

He seems a bit better now thanks. He's had something to eat tonight and not been sick.

Hope your bum is not too sore tomorrow!

LyraSilvertongue · 12/07/2009 19:02

I think I will. That skinny little seat was not designed for my big butt

LyraSilvertongue · 12/07/2009 19:05

Just been talking about Midnight Sun on another thread. Why have none of you read it? Is it because it's half finished?

ZebsRoomofHerOwn · 12/07/2009 21:44

Sorry Lyra - I just haven't got around to it. Is it worth reading?

Berrie, has all the vomiting finished, or are you all feeling rotten? Lyra, I hope you're maybe a bit cheerier after your bike ride, even if the bum's a bit sore.

I spent the day sailing with DS and an old mate on his very grand boat. I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed it, and am now thinking I should revive it with a sailing course for my yet-to-be-decided-on holiday. Surfing? Pah! Sailing's the thing.

As for xDH, he's desperately trying to get them to bring forward the op, but it's a very dangerous thing to do until the treatment he's on sorts out his blood clotting/thinning. In theory, he shouldn't have the op until the treatment works because the op could kill him, but in the meantime he has to suffer and think about the worst case scenario if the treatment doesn't work quickly enough. Poor guy.

Berrie · 13/07/2009 07:21

Are you getting on ok with dh then Zeb? When is the camping trip?

Oggs must be having far to much fun to waste time online!

Berrie · 13/07/2009 07:23

Is she going to finish Midnight Sun?

I suppose it's nice having something left to read saved!

LyraSilvertongue · 13/07/2009 10:04

DP's at the doc's this morning. He's still having heart trouble. Sorry about DH, Zeb. He must be gong through hel. Is he still working?

Midnight Sun is worth reading. I don't think she's going to finish it any time soon, so may as well read it now. It's a whole new book (but just as good as Twilight) from Edward's perspective, especially knowing what everyone's thinking. Mike and Jessica's thoughts are particularly entertining. And there's a whole lot more of the Cullens.

LyraSilvertongue · 13/07/2009 12:00

Berrie, perhaps you could be of assistance on this thread?
