I'm up horribly early cos some muppet sent out a press release yesterday and I now have to do a live interview on local radio at 7.30 this morning. I'm shitting myself. I've done the media training bit, but this is my first live one.

DS1 just puked all over my bed and the pile of clean washing. At the very same moment the Ocado man arrived with my shopping. Grrr.

I hope not. He was still complaining of a tummy ache when i put him to bed but he's gone to sleep.
I now have to face stripping the bed/mopping the floor before it all dries (it probably has already).

I'm off on yet another 70 mile round trip to the post office to send the passport applications off .
Dh took them yesterday as he needed to go anyway, but I'd not trimmed the photos correctly, so the countersigning on the back of them was wrong . I was not a happy bunny.

So today I will have clocked up approx 280 miles and spent £200 in pursuit of these bloody passports! That doesn't include the petrol money either. Gah!!

What a pain Oggs.
Yes, DS better this morning. I sent him to school and they haven't rung yet to ask me to take my sick child home so fingers crossed.

They're both ok.
I've spent the entire day reading my new book, which is pretty good. It's one recommended by Stephenie Meyer - City of Bones, the first in the Mortal Instruments trilogy. It has a very sexy teenage boy in it .
I've got book 2 already lined up for when I'm finished. Housework is not getting done

I made the mistake of buying a multi-pack of Nik Naks. I've eaten three packets already and I'm trying in vain to resist having a fourth. Scampi and lemon flavour - mmmmmm. Rib 'n' Saucy - mmmmmmmm.

God, I've not had Nik Naks for years. You can keep the scampi and lemon ones but I like the spicy ones.

Are these a new carb free version?

No, just like the Rolo dessert I'm eating right now isn't carb free. And nor is the glass of white wine I just poured myself.
Double exercise for me tomorrow.
