I can thoroughly recommend the stress diet - fast and effective . I'm now fitting in clothes I haven't worn in years. Oh and I probably have lung cancer and cirrhosis of the liver.

Oh dear . Stressful couple of days?

I need a boot up the bum in the diet dept. I am sticking to it but have reached a plateau. Trying not to worry too much.

I'll just have to buy another pair of nice stretchy jeans so I have something to wear when these are in the wash .

There must be army maneouvres going on around us. Last night we had helicoptors buzzing us at tree top level for half an hour at a time during the night. Actually quite scary. I'll maybe see the inflatable tank on the school run this morning.

I'm down to 10 stone according to my cheap and dodgy scales. Only another half stone to go till target weight.

Afternoon Ladies. I've got a friend's toddler here for the day while she's on a nursery trip with her older son. He hasn't said a word to me yet but he seems happy enough.

He was great. He was so enthusiastic abouteverything.

Owwwwww. My head really hurt yesterday.
But it was a great evening. I made it to bed around 3.30am, then had to drive back to Falmouth at 8.30am. Still, some people only got to bed around 6.30am, which makes me the lightweight.

And here's the dress. Just a bit of a larger size. It looked fab.

And ex-f-ing landlord has refused to repay my deposit. There's not a great deal I can do about it, as he did need to do some bits. It's just that the tight b*stard has wayyy overcharged me. Tosser.
