Went to me Ma's for lunch. Mum and Dad just spent the whole time going Aahhh at lo. Had a lovely steak sandwich for lunch too. Roast veg with brown rice, roast salmon and horse radish with yoghurt for dinner here tonight.

The worst thing is, she is a nice person and really didn't mean it.

we spent morning in Head over Heels in Chorlton, the biggest soft play centre in the North! it was utterly....fantastic. took ds round all the equipment with me. was so hot and knackered, such fun exercise!

sent off five of my craziest poems to a company called Fringe who publish a book a few times a year. fingers crossed!

That book arrived today

Spag Bol for dinner tonight, from the freezer, but have been eating maple and oat biscuits all day. We have just had a big Tesco Home store open near us. It's massive. I've bought loads of clothes for myself for a change and some lovely long trousers that fit in a size 14. All the tops are size 16 but at least they will shrink to the size i want.

I love Richard Scarry. We've got loads of them. I get them from the charity book shop just round the corner.
