Brangelina · 05/02/2009 22:18

I used to have a thing for fette al latte. I would never buy one now of course on principle.

PippiCalzelunghe · 05/02/2009 22:18

I was wondering the other day if it would be cheaper to book a holiday via the UK, what with sterling being so low and the mega sconti offered by UK travel agents. I remember it was cheaper one year to go to Turkey via the UK (with UK holiday company) and that was before the sterling crisis. What do you guys think? Obviously I'm not talkiing about holidaying in Italy.....

Brangelina · 05/02/2009 22:21

Lufthansa? I'll go have a nosy now. I tried looking at easyjet yesterday but it wasn't very cheap for March at all. Easter my mum's coming over, so I can't go.

SunflowerNeedsSunshine · 05/02/2009 22:22
francagoestohollywood · 05/02/2009 22:22

Maybe. Though all I can think of with the Sterling being so low (though I mean, not that low) is a trip to Harvey Nichols or Liberty

PippiCalzelunghe · 05/02/2009 22:25

PippiCalzelunghe · 05/02/2009 22:27

francagoestohollywood · 05/02/2009 22:27

what's bp? Everything is still up in the air (as usual). Hopefully we can stay at our friends', if they are around. I'll keep you posted. I want to take them to the Natural History Museum. I love London. Or is it getting a bit depressing?

I'm going to bed now.

Pippi, don't be sad. Plan a day out tomorrow with the dds, or could you go swimming?

Ciao belle

Notte!

SunflowerNeedsSunshine · 05/02/2009 22:34

DD's up, feeding time... buona notte

hothell · 05/02/2009 22:41

per carita', no no no! the idea of fingers in puree, maronna mia. as pippi says when she has her own place she can do whatever she wants...

how long will you stay in uk franca? how wonderful, i still imagine you very very tall, a large hat to hide unwashed messy hair, glasses and overcoat, even though i have met you and you are pretty chic. can you send pics of kids, so i can imagine them properly, i only remember an intense looking boy and girl with french bob. and more from you as well pippi and bran!

fanny is doing my head in, edmund is there from page bloody one, why don't they just get it together and stop the moaning and pomposity i do not know. such a dreary couple..

do read notes of a scandal, very good before the movie though, set in north london in modern times....i must get her new book.
