Oggs do you get a weekend feeling with DH working for himself?

DH wanted to know what I wanted to do for Mothers' Day. I said I wanted a hen run so you never know!

All I want for mothers day is a lie in and my idea of the perfect breakfast in bed - eggs benedict, coffee, oj and the sunday papers. Undisturbed. Bliss. I won't get it though

(I've not had an AD for about 10 days as prescription ran out, which proves they actually DO work! Going to Boots today.)

Yes you'll feel really odd if you stop taking them. I even had palpitations once.

We've just been to fetch the wood for the coop. DH has just takn the dc up the village to get some secret stuff, a bunch of flowers for my Mum and a letter from someone who didn't put enough postage on.

Hopeully he'll make a start while I begin to clear the site.
There is a lifestock market in Melton Mobray. Everthing I read gives dire warnings about buying from a market. Would it really be so bad do you think?

Berrie, I've now seen the photo you posted for me. Yummy!

As for the livestock market, I wouldn't recommend it unless you really have no option. In my experience, what happens is that the prices get pushed up ridiculously high because it's an auction and people get carried away. You could always go along to see, but remember to set a ceiling on what's realistic and do not go over it. Always watch the farmers faces during the bidding - if they're killing themselves laughing, or just looking bemused you know the prices are daft!
