My dp got flashed 5 times on the same stretch of road lol a dual carriageway between Aberdeen and Edinburgh. We only actually got pulled up on 2 of them, the first one was a fine of £30 and 3 points, the second one was £100 and 3 points - the difference in fine wasn't his speed, just a different constabulary!!

Anteater · 04/11/2004 20:38

marialuisa - yeh I agree, but then you have the hassle of repairs, insurance etc etc, and Dh's car is a nice car, I'd hate to see it damaged. As I know from experience that once a car is damaged it dont feel the same.

Secur, block him in would you nice one.

i work with a fella who went to court - represented himself and said it wasnt him driving - i think he doesnt have to proove who was driving - never the less there was a picture - he simply denied it was him - and he got away with it. he used the company lawyers for advice before hand - even they told him to give it up there was no way - but he won! he even cross examined his own wife so she could pove he was with her ( which he wans't)
