Yes I agree maybe AE was looking to upset, but had a question and wanted an answer, which we ALL have now given.

Well 12 mph over seems a fair cop, but DH has 9 points on his licence from doing 31mph,32 mph and 31 mph on a 30 mph road; all awarded on the same day (less than 15 mins between 1st set of points and last)on the same stretch of road. You'll never convince me that that wasn't just a money-making scam and that DH is morally bankrupt.

Does that mean we cant discuss the issue further? Lots of threads continue after the original question has been answered.

marialuisa - oops, but as pointed out previously, speeding over the limit is speeding none the less, harsh maybe but still breaking the law.

marialuisa that is really awful,I go back to my original point that speed cameras serve a very different purpose to catching people speeding, they are another form of making money out of the motorist. Could he not appeal against this?? Perhaps you should all walk like me and then there would be no money for the governmant and no contoversial postings

Yeh Secur, but if you have a question you ask your mates, I know most of mine if not all are PARENTS.

Parents site, maybe I dont know all these parents on here, but who better to ask. Some have legal partners or know prof's that can answer the question.
