she was on a 'break' for a while. i took her active book earlier this year.

just wondering if anyone knew anything really.

It was fairly new so like many new businesses it may have folded. I thought it was doing resonably well for a small agency though. I'm sure we'll never find out!

dd3 had a few castings through them, but we only went to one as declined the others.

just wondering about maybe getting dd3 back into it after xmas.

It's great isn't it! Dds is on 18th November and she's so excited only problem is preserving her Princess dress which I'm sure will be worn out from over wear! she's in it most days at the mo "just to be ready". Yours will be so exciting especially 2 days before christmas wow! Have a great time (yey I love those)

just had a look on 'other subjects' and there is another child modelling thread for November, and the old troll 'Rhubarb' has returned there and isstill as pleasent as always!!Shall we start another at the beginning of December?

Still absolutely zero from Scallywags for us-any one else had any castings /jobs?

However, finally some good news- DS has been asked along to a consultation with UA. I applied on the last day the books were open and I really thought I would get a no so I was excited when they rang! Is anyone else going along next week?

Those of you already at UA do you have any advice? I am a bit worried because DS (14 months)started walking 2 months ago and won't stay still. I can't imagine him cooperating or them managing to get a photo! With the SW assessment he was crawling and wasn't too bad, but since we have had nothing since we signed with them (in June) I haven't a clue how he will react. Any tips etc for his age group?

Hi Dancerdeb - still no news for my DS, it has been a very slow start! Have you had any communication with the agency?
Wigglesmum - good luck with the UA consultation. My DS applied a few weeks ago and was told he is on a shortlist but hasn't heard anything since.

hi wigglesmum...i wouldnt worry to much .the photographer at urban angels is great and he works really well with the children.
the whole thing is very relaxed .my two are a lot older but really enjoy going to have their yearly photos done.dd is going on friday .good luck

hello dancerdeb, hows everything going with kids london? saw your ds on the disney website he is really cute. we havent had anything from kids since beggining of sept.

Thanks ellesmum, on my pc a lot, as my ds has a bad bout of the flu and Im getting cabin fever!!
No we havent had anything since disney, but have been on a couple of castings, one of them being the broken chair incident at Ted Bakers which I described earlier on the thread! the other one was for Bhs, so cant complain really, though does seem quiet in general.
Thought maybe we could celebrate someone elses castings/jobs, or even new agencies!!

does anyone think my littel one would have a chance at child modelling as do not want to apply if there is no point. i no all mums think their babyis the best looking in the world (only natural!)

Bethoo, I think your baby is absoluteley adorable and you definately should try for some agencies, Im sure they would snap him up!

Bogie, had a look at your little ds, he is gorgeous too! especially loved the black and white one with his finger in his mouth, is he already modelling? coz he should be
