on the letter is says that the recruitment and head office is in stockport and they also have a london office.

lou I have never heard of that agency, what money are they asking of you ? where about do you live ? have you triend any other agency ?

they want £60 off me which is alot cheeper than the other company who contacted me.
I live in cornwall no not tried anywhere else.

Im not sure of agencies with low start up costs that are near where you live, maybe someone else will know and advise you, I wouldnt give any money over, it looks like it an american company thats trying to go global.

i am interested in gettign my lo into modelling, how do i get into it?
i have no access to the net at home so any contact details would be great. do they go by regions as i am in Wiltshire?

I suggest that you follow the link that tinkerbel5 has given on a few messages previous to yours, maybe at a friends house? you can then follow up up these email addresses and get a feel of what the agencies have to offer, then apply by post and see what suits you, take it from there?

hi mums, i'm still here, have been on holiday so not been on here for a while.
scallywags and bizzykidz both emailed for my girls measurements and weights for job coming up for babies r us. not heard anything since though. fingers crossed one of them might get it or both!!!!
will have a look at yourds dancerdeb if i can find it.. had trouble looking on thread tonight, it seems to have changed...

but have to tell you guys this one....
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BREAKING A CHAIR IN TED BAKERS CASTING SUITE?

Today had a casting for TedBaker, took ds and my mum, well during the casting ds is having his photos done and CRASH!!! goes my mum, chair fell completely backwards legs gave way and she really banged her head, fortunately all okay, ds's casting stopped, as all concerned for mum, I was worried that mum was going to have a heart attack through shock, had to fill in an accident form and then ds fogot the plot and started to get hyper and I just wanted to get out an go home We can laugh about it now, but on tube home was really upset!!
Oh well what an original casting!
Got home and my ds went to his halloween party and all forgotten! HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE

dancerdeb oh no hope your mum is ok, if it werent for the fact she hurt herself it could be something to laugh at, bet she wont go to any more castings with you.

Hello Dancerdeb, no further news for my DS - one casting in six weeks but we do not feel too despondent as we have been pretty busy with other things. A casting or job during half term would have been nice though!

Hi all was hoping to get some advice my 11 month old has been offered a place with babyshak and a interview with allsorts model agencys i need to know if people have used either of these companys if so what there like and if you got work any advice greatly appreciated

jukim - i think baby shack is part of bizzy kids? i have seen bizzy kids children at castings. not sure on all sorts although i have heard of them. you can try a few agencies and try ones will little or no fees, i think urban angels books are still open so worth a try? my ds with bruce and brown who are also very good
have a look on albas website for a listed agencies and apply to them and see who is best for u, i took 6 months to decide on agents so dont jump in check out your options first
