Layering up is indeed the best way to stay warm as the weather turns chilly. Fortunately HBFs also come with cloaks and coats which makes them doubly effective

Is dull and dark here, but I don’t care! I’ve got a wash on and will get the dishes sorted, going to change DS2’s bedding. But other than that —and the dentist—, my plan is to recline whilst HBFs wait on me hand and foot and all the other parts too.

I very much like the last part of your plan LetUs - my day is looking very similar apart from the dentist. Which I will replace with futile efforts to tidy/organise the house - the out-laws (they of the pristine house) have decided that they're coming up for Xmas It might be easier to burn down the house and rebuild from scratch.

While at our mini-meet, we had, as you know, multiple re-watches while we set the world to rights and raked over the ashes of past events. So last night I had a dream that a long gone poster returned to MN... but was there a single bloody HBF in my dream? No there was not. FFAS at my subconscious. A FAF-filled weekend, and not one in my dream.

DS has announced that he needs help to find clean clothes Apart from those which neighter he or DH put away, so all DS' clothes since Friday night are scattered on the floor

Finally got round to watching the rest of Rellik (from over a year ago). Was very good.

Eeeek at incoming out-laws! Hide stuff in cupboards and get a bleach scented air freshener.

Dentist done . All fine —for now—. Was going to have a wander in TK Max after but given how much a check up, scale and polish just set me back (prices have gone up), I didn’t bother.

Back to my position on the settee with a and my Killers DVD.

Nice try LetUs - but I think we all know what your position on the chaise settee REALLY involves.

Had a bit of a panicky evening with a friend not being able to contact her DS (one of DS1’s best friends) for a fair while and him not being where he was supposed to be. She’s just managed to find him so relief all round.

Have done Only Connect with DS2. I got a five point question so I now feel super clever! I’ve left University Challenge for another day as I don’t want to ruin the feeling

Back to work tomorrow, although I might hide under HBFs.

Am home, had a lovely time, and heading for the hayloft.

i am going to spend the day locked in the hayloft, under a large snuggly duvet or HBF as the mood takes me. (Or even a duvet of HBFs which is what my original typo suggested. )

I did an online food shop as I had a £10 voucher, so didn't have to go out. Yay!

We watched the penguins last night, absolutely amazing filming. How they survive in those temperatures I don't know.

Evening. Had a phone meeting with my nearest boss today, a yearly evaluation thingy. Lasted two hours, she sure can talk. Then I've been to the dental hygienist which wasn't fun and I need another session. Quite exhausted now.
