Just heard from UA regarding a casting for The White Company on 20th July. Is anyone else going?

dancerdeb I haven't heard back re ted baker but B&B called to make sure she was definatley free on the 11th for the desingers at debenhams job.

goingfor3, youre with b&b, I thought you were with kl, and as every agency has different ways of letting you know re: the castings etc! if you know what I mean, we still havent heard, all the best for you and dd, thanks for getting back!

Hi all, have been told that my ds is on 'option' for new look and to keep 12/13/14 free, has anybody else heard anything, I know that the bk kids have been chosen already for NL through a friend of mine, if he doesnt get the booking for NL do kl let you know? was also told, that no children have been chosen as yet for the tedbaker/debenhams, but that was this mornin! maybe by now they have decided?

not heard anything for nexts weeks babies r us, anyone else doing it?

finally had our 1st job!!! went really well, was for tomy toys - and on the boxes!!! ds2 was very chilled and got praised about how good he was, and they even commented on ds1 (as he came too) and said they cud be interested in him for another job.... not being too hopeful, asknow things are said and not followed up - but hey - it might happen!!! just now have the long wait til they come out, as forgot to ask when they wud be out (so am guessing for xmas...)

no,its my eldest who is 12yrs and was with u/a when she did the shoot which was back in jan.My 9yr old is in toys r us still,but thats an old pic from before she was with kl...however i have sent updated pics to kl so hopefully something will come in soon

totallyfloaty, I did the same nothin was happenin with kl, so I updated his pics and he got 2 castings within the week.

well done to totallyfloaty and mumof2boyzs. thats great news. my dd was put forward for tomy shoot last week was it a thomas a tank bath toy?what agency u with? thought it was weird a girl being put forward for thomas toy, how old is your ds?

Dancerdeb, fingers crossed for yours. My dd 3 loves dancing and is doing ballet at the moment would you know when they can start any other dance styles, as that seems to be her thing she loves it!

Mumyeme; I teach from 3yr - 18yrs, its my own school. In a nutshell I trained with the Northern Ballet danced with the Irish, had my family! and now teach street and jazz, our little ones do modern classes which have themes like lazy town etc and we combine songs with movement, right now we are doin 'checkin it out', the theme tune Asda had a while back with all those kids dancin! Little kids just to need to express themselves through song, music and dance related games, obviously with a qualified teacher, erm so yeah, tiny tots dont need to just do ballet.
There are schoos out there who offer different types of classes. Hope that helps.

my ds is with dk models, and is 18m.... the stuff wa tomy, there was thomas water toys, the windup penguin, octupals, dolphins, those r just the ones i saw....
i know one of the others was a boy from bk 2yrs, but dunno about the other - shud have been 4 but 1 was ll...

Thanks very much, most of the other dance classes I've found start at around 4 so I'll persevere, dance and music are definitely her thing! Thankyoux
