Morning all. Feeling all bright and bushy-tailed this morning - not!! You'd think I would sleep well after yesterday but I had a dreadful night. Anyway, I have RTFT but still can't remember much.

DS has playdate so hopefully I get a bit of peace while they play together, then we're off out to SportingEvent that DH has been helping at all of yesterday and all today.

Happily I will not be taking part, I would break every bone in my body. It's DGS's main birthday party, so I want to see him.

at SisterHelen-the-chicken-doctor. I just picked her up and dunked her legs in cooking oil. (Which sounds a bit like I'm planning to eat her ) Apparently that smothers the mites which are causing the problem with her legs. I need to treat the others as well really, but they're a bit fast and flappy when it comes to catching them.

The trampolining was very good actually. Only one child is allowed on each trampoline square at a time, so it wasn't noisy. The music being played was fab. DGD has taken up gymnastics, and she was amazing to watch.

DH is watching the football. Apparently repeatedly saying "I don't care" is not enough to stop him making loads of comments on the match and telling me lots of "interesting" facts. Only the fact that he's making the most amazing pork dish for dinner is saving him.
