Lovely weather here today at the moment. Enjoy the castle and train Helen. There are loads of very sturdy trees . There's some stones here in the ruins but they're more covers from graves rather than standing stones, although they are standing up and about 6 foot high. I did try leaning against a couple of them but nothing happened.

Just did the one walk tonight but it was quite lengthy and I managed to fall over on a very very muddy path resulting in a fairly soggy knee on my jeans. Found something called the Fairy Bridge which was off the proper trail with a beautiful waterfall behind it.

Just as well we'd done it because we've been out for food tonight and I've eaten loads.

Have started The Handmaid's Tale today. Excellent so far.

Saw on the news today that Chris Evans has lost half a million listeners to his show in a year. So to all those men people trying to justify the gender pay gap as those high paid men just happening to be better I say bullshit. Actually bullshit is the reason - as in, the people making the hiring decisions falling for the bullshit of men people with massive egos.
