Anyways, morning all. I have a stiff back, unsurprisingly, but not too bad otherwise. Need to take DS out to Sporting holiday thingy today, then back to do some work.

You know that thing where you get asked to do something, and you say (ages in advance), "Oh I can do that, it will be fun...." then the date gets closer and it's not fun anymore it's another bloody commitment that you shouldn't have agreed to and it's not as easy as you thought, and and and... I'm sure it will all be fiiiiiiiiiiine... how hard can flower arranging be?!

Well, you remember the accident from last week? It turns out that the bastard doesn't have tax or insurance. Fortunately our insurance entitles us to uninsured driver cover so we're hopeful that we won't have to pay the excess of £600 or lose the no claims discount. DH got a quote for the repair and it's almost £1,800! The car is being collected on Wednesday and a hire car delivered. Bloody nightmare and we were just sitting there minding our own business.

Lots of booze Wicked, gift cards and money and an iron. I'm planning on booking in for a sports massage and getting some new shirts for work because my existing ones are getting a bit snug.

DS2 is playing a Pokemon game but he's stuck on part of it. I've googled and told him what it says. It's like a different language. It's not helping him though so he's getting wound up, DS1 won't come down and help because "he's busy", and I'm rapidly being driven demented by trying to convince him that no I don't fucking know anything about the bastard game. And the plinky plonky music is doing my fucking head in.

So, whilst searching (unsuccessfully because I'm a bit crap at shiz like that) for a picture of Athos in the tank of water when he was fighting Grimaud in the final episode so I could post it for Helen as she's having a bath, I read redscharlach's review which we've probably had before but by jove it made me giggle . Can't pick a favourite bit but "ding dong the dickhead's dead" prompted a proper loud snort!

Anyway Athos says he'll gently rub all of your sore bits and promises to get up a good lather
