Helen - I had problems with either DPD or Yodel years ago when I ordered a Kindle. Was off sick from work and had been contemplating ordering one so decided to treat myself. Obviously didn't leave the house - barely left the sofa - for days. No delivery. Checked online. Tried to deliver - no reply, will try next day. Same thing the next day. Then on the Friday waited and waited as it was promised. Checked before leaving the house to collect DS2 from CM. Said they'd attempted delivery again. No one had been anywhere near the house. No cars or vans had stopped nearby. Phoned them up and went a bit mad at them. Cancelled the order. Stupid fuckers delivered it through the letterbox when I was at work on the Monday and then said it had been signed for. Twats. Things have obviously not got any better since then.

I have voted. DS2 is being a massive PITA. It's my fault I didn't remind him to do his project homework which is due tomorrow. I think even Gibbs would struggle with this one.

DS is in a mega-grouch this morning, for no apparent reason. (apart from the fact that he told me that he wanted to do something this morning, so I reminded him that he wanted to do it. So now I'm 'bossing him about' FFS, etc How very dare I try to help, etc etc.)
