That's lovely ww. I love scandy traditions, theyre the best! I had an Icelandic friend at school and she told me all the cool stuff they do at christmas. She said they have 13 different "santas" who are basically naughty sprites who come and do naughty stuff on a different day around the house leading up to christmas.

We basically did the pretty egg filled with treats too. And the egg hunt. I hid the treats round the house with clues and ds had to find them. The girl from next door joined in. She then decided to re-hide everything and Ive just been round the house finding stuff. Including in the loo, by the cat's food, and on the floor.

Im now cooking roast lamb. Garlic, mint, rrrrosemary.

That sounds a fabulous evening Madame. It's so lovely to have a book you love that you've had a long time, I've a copy of Little Women which belonged, I think, to a great aunt or someone similar when they were a child. I read it over and over when I was younger. I love it when a book looks "loved" like your copy of Emma.

I'm off to the hayloft. There's a recreation of the after party from The Hobbit films - Batch, Aidan Turner and Lee Pace. I may be a while.
