Evening. Had a really shitty time, could hardly sleep last night due to back pain. Got some advice from a friend who's a nurse and she recommended a combination of painkillers so hope it will work.
Also had stomach pains all day, been resting with a wheat cushion.
I just want this day to be over

For my back pain (I have 2 herniated discs at L2 and L3) I take soluble cocodamol (gets in the blood stream quicker) and if really bad nortriptiyline before bed
