Feeling less meh today but not by much. I think I'm a bit frustrated with DS1 and his general attitude. So that + my perimenopausal hormones isn't a great mix.

Thanks Madame. He's got this really good brain in his head but doesn't seem to want to do anything or be interested in anything except his bloody laptop and playing games. He dashes off any homework last minute. It's so fecking frustrating. It's parents' evening when they're back at school although he's only booked three appointments so far which he's going to have to rearrange because he's made them all too early Sigh. I know it's not an unusual situation but grrrrrrrrrrr.

Oh Bads yes to Uhtred, but with clean nails! He was rocking the guyliner, wasn't he? Unfortunately whilst trying to find the subtitles on the TV here DH set something called audio description which was basically a running commentary and it totally ruined it. He spent 15 minutes trying to unset it before falling to sleep, so I was stuck with it. Obviously I'll have to rewatch when I get home.

morning afternoon all.

Lovely and sunny here. DS stopped vomming from just before midnight, but had hourly wake-ups for water before keeping me awake getting into bed with us from 3am [bleary-eyed-emoticon] Fortunately I had a lie-in, so wasn't forced to kill anyone due to sleep deprivation came down late morning to a small floppy child with a raging temp. He threw up v. spectacularly (but into a bowl) about half an hour ago and has now perked up enough to play Angry Birds. So fingers crossed he's on the mend now. Also keeping fingers crossed than me and DH have avoided catching it...
