Five years on from my first treatment, the options have pretty much run out.

Please join us for the rest of the journey. Doom and gloom is absolutely banned. There are still laughs and love to share and celebrate.

Getting on this thread. Zombie what are their plans for the wedding?

I met up with a friend for lunch today and managed both a starter AND a main course. When I got home I went up for a short nap. My body's definition of "short" is apparently 6 hours.

Evening all.

I've not been at all well the past couple of days. My 6 hour nap on Thursday evening was the beginning of 2 days spent almost exclusively in bed. I was only able to get up long enough to take my meds, renew hot water bottles and drink some water. I've barely been able to tolerate anything touching my abdomen and have had to lie flat on my back most of the time. I've been up for about an hour now and will be heading back to bed very soon.

Oh Zombie, I hope the medics can sort out your meds so you can be more comfortable.do you manage a deep sleep or is it just full of tossing and turning to get some rest of sorts. Have you not had anything at all to eat ?

Zombie sweetheart, is it maybe time to see if you can get some regular help from social services.

I'm sure you will resist, but you sound very weak and maybe not able to look after yourself.

I have to confess, I would have pmed a couple of the phalanx to see if they agree, but it's late and I think you need help now. So this is completely off my own bat.

There comes a point when you can't tough it out on your own.

Please ask someone if there is help available for you.

Just popping on here as I see Bewitched has made similar suggestion to the one I made on your FB update. If you're unsure who to ask/how to access the services, or just too exhausted to do it yourself then I'm quite sure we can help. I will ask my relative for advice re District Nurses and how to get them to you, if you aren't already having visits ?

I don't want to step on your toes though, you may already be sorted. I'm here just in case though.

I also come with over-confident toddler anecdotes and a desire to use the Twatting Spade on "D"P because he's snoring and I'm not "not" autocorrected to "needy" and that is also part of my reasoning for wanting the Twatting Spade. Git
