Mum went for a mammogram last week. Recall appointment today. Ultrasound 'doesn't look good. Probable cancer'. Biopsy taken. She'll get her results on Friday.

Thank you. Bit shell shocked. Won't know more until Friday about if it definitely is, if so what type, what treatment. It's near the sternum. Not sure if that makes any difference.

The waiting is awful. I had a skin cancer scare. It was petrified. Luckily it was nothing, but the waiting was awful. again.
