I hope everyone else has this lovely sunny day. Too hot to garden today though ( never satisfied ) so will have to wait until it cools down a bit later. Zombie don't overdo things in this heat, hope side affects have now worn off.

I've made gin & tonic cake today. Not sure when DH will be fit to drive now.....

He did say it was very delicious though.

I want piss head cake!

It's been a VERY blah day. I don't exactly feel poorly but I definitely don't feel well. I have therefore accomplished feck all today.

Hi Zombie, sorry to see that you aren't feeling too well today, is it still the effects of your chemo or something else ? I would have an early night and hopefully tomorrow you will of picked up considerably. But don't overdo things tomorrow either !!!

Could it be the heat? That along woth the side effects of treatment could be making you feel run down. Get lots of rest.

I hope you are feeling a bit better this morning Zombie after a good nights sleep. Take it easy today and enjoy just sitting in the garden and doing nothing, I know that's not your style, but just for a day it won't do you any harm.

This weather is very disconcerting. Three days ago I was wearing a vest, top and jumper.
Yesterday and today I've struggled wearing anything!

It's roasting here. Honestly. Being fat in the hot is not good. I am a hot sweaty lump. Ugh. We were meant to have a thunderstorm but it's not here yet. We need one. And I like thunderstorms.

I have felt much better today. Still not accomplished much but I do feel better.

I really don't think the recent temperatures have had anything to do with how I've felt. Mid 20s is smack bang within my comfort zone. I actually prefer it a bit warmer.

Today's highlights:

Telling Noel Edmonds on Twitter that he is a twit.

Having 2 pairs of my new sandals delivered. I've worn one pair all day and I still feel like I'm barefoot.

Having my lawn mown.

Noel needs to fuck off. Pretty sure it wasn't "negative energy" that killed my grandma.

I have watched N E on the tele this morning, I think he is going the same way as David Ike ! He can keep his views to himself. Why do some of these so called stars think they know everything, health, politics.
