Thought I would start a new thread for November

mysons-that was glad and 43 kids!

lindac- its funny my ds was hobbling round london and when he saw ragas boy suddenly the hobble disappeared! milking it is what i think!

at least your dd has done a good film recently, you wait she willl be in demand very soon, bet you it goes mad straight after xmas - i hope

julie-thats funny, glad he enjoy'd it,fingers crossed, yes your right i shouldnt complain the film was excellent but it leaves you wanting more..lol

Morning all. Have just sent email to ES asking to leave agency and sending form off to Kids today! I dont know why but I feel really really nervous at what ES are going to say!!

ES have just responded saying that they are sorry to lose Lydia. They also said that they will send monies owing to her in December for a couple of jobs she has done for them. All over and done with - dont know what I was so nervous about!!

Glad it went down alright Lolly - Hope KL are ringing you soon!

Lolly - at least you had some kind of personal comment - all I had from dd's agent was "thanks for letting us know"!!! Like you, I'd been agonising over it and expecting to have to come up with some good reason for quitting (rather than saying I'm off elsewhere!)

Lolly68 - sounds nice and simple! Do they have a notice period or are you straight onto KL books?

The girls main christmas presents arrived today which is very exciting. The only one that wasn't wrapped was the one that was supposed to be for both of them from Father Christmas! I must now find somewhere to keep them until christmas, I also haven't worked out where they will keep them after christmas!

lolly dont worry! what i did with sw was emailed them saying my ds has now joined another agency and i never got an acknowledgement etc

julie4travel - I have suprised myself how prepared I am. I have bought all of my girls presents and most of the family too. Only my mum and DP for me to buy for.

I never actually told them was leaving for another agency and I never signed a contract so there should be no comeback at all. I just lost about £200 in putting DD into model book! I hope it all goes well with KL.

And how prepared are you for Xmas! I've not even thought about presents but being Lydia's first Xmas I'm mpre worried about putting the Xmas tree up and it staying up!!

Lolly68 - how long was she with ES for? £200 is alot for a model book. She's so pretty I'm sure she'll make her money back in no time, at least there are no fees for KL.

lolly I also lost money that way aswell with that agency, but just look ahead now and Im sure your LO will do great with KL x

Mrsratty - She was only with them since April and had 2 jobs in that time for Next plus a few castings. The £200 was for the model book and the website - they never offered any of the money back (I knew they wouldnt but it would have been nice!).

Tinkerbell - did you have much work from them - who you with now?

Good at least you happy with B&B! How old is your LO - I lose touch on here on who has who etc etc??!!

My dd was with NC for 1 year and only had 2 castings both for commercials and no jobs. Changing to the right agency for your child can make a huge difference!

DD is 5, I saw the pic of your lo on the other site sitting in a trolley, bless her so cute x
