Thought I would start a new thread for November

We wern't told to bring any clothes. There will be a stylist there so I guess she's bringing the clothes.

housemum- congrats - tell your dd my ds says to remember to do those tickles to get that big smile out of her. let us know how she goes.

Mrsratty - hes very good - he does loads of work for Junior. We did a shoot with him in July (editorial, they didn't use any of the older ones) and he was really nice! Hope we do meet you, we'll be early probably as our train gets into KX at 10ish. Fab!!!

ellesmum.....Well Done on Macakys......I'll also spot for you. I go passed our branch most Sat mornings. Enjoy the job. Just e-mailed you.

Seems that jobs are flying thick and fast these days! Well done to your LOs!

I'll be looking out for everyone's sweeties in the various catalogues, magazines etc... It is nice to be able to put faces to the names on the board.

Nothing going on here. Two castings. Two rejections. Oh well! Thanksgiving and Christmas are fast approaching and I go into panic-mode at this point so it is best that things are quiet - until the New Year, that is!

Hi, I'm new here and looking for an agency for my daughter. She has been accepted by Fine Kids, Norrie Carr, Scallywags, Elisabeth Smith, Bizzykidz and Rascals and also invited for an assessment with Urban Angels and Elliott Brown.
Could anybody give me any advice on what to do? How do I go on choosing which agency to go with?

Ragamuffin - magazine was yeasterday, went really well got some cool pics. Portfolio is saturday.

Pimms - Lorna took DD's pictures yeasterday and on her wall were the Junior pics including the solider one, she commented on how good he was!

LM - Francesca did the sporty Junior shoot with Ian a couple of weeks ago and really liked him. It will be really good to meet you and maybe our children will have photos together.

camum - UA are one of the top agencies, I would go with them. Good luck for the assesment!!!

had to turn down the swimming casting for sun as guess what it also probably will be shot 2nd 3 dec. thats the third one that we have had as unpaid jobs for that weekend. at least i said yes to the first one. bit nervous as thats teh first oen with both kids acting together, hope they dont fight, they asked if they could consider me for the mum role and i said my priority is looking after the kids and they will prob be bored if they are waiting round for me to be filmed. daren't rope my hubbie into giving up his whole weekend too.

Julie, well done on the short films - didn't realize it was your DD too! She starts in January doesn't she, bet you will be rushed off your feet in the Spring with both of them at it! Did you say you were in Harrogate tomorrow?

littlemadam- yes its both of them and her starting from jan. knowing my luck she will start at a quiet time! yes unfortuately meetings in harrogate tommorow as thats where my head office is yet i prefer staying at home as i am normally a home worker. (apart from the odd meeting or two). think i should be working for national rail the amount of train trips i have at the moment

camum- look at www.childmodelling.net for agency profiles. ua are rated as one of the best. i would def go for assesment with them as they are quite hard to get with. good luck
