morning all

i am attempting to clean up my house this morning so in theory wont be on my computer much!

Lindac i haven't had my photos yet from cm shoot shouldn't be long now though!

housemum- doubt they will ask much from your three year old. My ds went to cs management and learned a poem to say and because of his confidence he didn't have to read it , he was so relaxed with the owner and chatting that he didn't have to say it. he had also adapted the poem and bit to a cheeky way and he thought it was really funny not to do the way i had taught him. he started with cs back in june. by teh way carole from cs used to work for aj management before starting up her own business. she has all teh contacts aswell and gets the work. if aj do say no you may want to try her. the owner is lovely and very likeable! what modelling agency are you with again because if you are with a sole rep one they may not allow you to go with a seperate casting agent. good luck in your decisions

Educating - yes, we did meet at the Farnborough shoot. We've got an appointment on 3rd Oct - it's at 3pm so I'm just hoping she's not too cranky and tired (she's not long outgrown the afternoon nap stage). The lady I spoke to on the phone was really nice, said it was all about personality and confidence - hopefully DD is in one of her good moods as when she is she is adorable (IMO!!) - she goes up and starts conversations with people on trains, at the doctor's etc (luckily most respond and she hasn't picked the town weirdo yet...)

Julie- we are with NC which is sole agency, but I'm prepared to argue the case with them re tv/film representation as:

• NC work is mostly photographic, occasional commercials.
• I saw a couple of their kids on the Elisabeth Smith website
• they've not got DD any castings/work since Feb despite me updating them re sizes/photos

I'll see if she gets in then take it from there. i did e-mail CS management but they are not taking on 3 year olds.

housemum- i was going to go with norrie carr and they said i couldn't be with a seperate tv agency. i was in a dilema. Hopefully as you are on the books already you will stand a good chance with it. Also I thought when we went for assesment they said they did loads of tv stuff (it was in June though and my memory isn't that great) Fingers crossed for you !

housemum- i am suprised she hasn't had work since then as she is gorgeous! hopefully she will get something soon and like you say with her personality the tv side of things could be a great move

I think A&J will take her for sure.

You could always swap her modelling to MOT or another agent who is happy to let her be with A&J also?

out of intrest i sent some pictures of elle to urban angels and they have just sent me an email back saying they would like to see her for assesment interview in november!

Do you think you would change?

no definatley not, just wondered if they would consider her.
im really happy with kids london at the moment

julie4travel........What Toys R Us Catalogue have you got? I thought their only big catalogue for the year was The Unniverse of Imagination Catalogue which usually only comes out in October. Is this one out already? Mine have done several jobs for them. Please let me know and I can tell you what to check for.

All is very quiet for us at the moment.....no calls from either agent in over 2 weeks now!

julie.......The photos where taken in a kinda HI-Tech room setting with a metal table with a lap-top on the table.....a pink light background. DS ....from what I can remember is holding a laser pen and other dark haired boy has a set of spy glasses on????
