yackertyyack - I saw of CM that you have had a preview of the Next christmas stuff, have you seen the toys as DD modelled for that.

i'm so excited!! just got a call about a casting for the white company tomorrow morning. works out perfectly as it's west london and they moved ds' time to 1pm for the cm.net shoot. this is his first casting so not too sure what to expect... since they said it's 10-12 does that mean i can come any time between there (i'd prob aim for 11)? i love the white company! didn't someone else's lo do something for them recently?

i'm glad my lunch/shopping for today was cancelled otherwise ds would be exhausted for tomorrow. funny how things work themselves out!

dylansluckymum - GOOD LUCK!!!!! The white company has some gerogoeus stuff. Castings are usually very quick, sometimes they want the little one to try on clothes then have a picture taken other times they just take a picture. Often you are just given a time to drop in rather than an exact time slot. Hope it goes well!

Dylansluckymum.Well Done and Good luck re White Company casting tomorrow! My dd had a casting and shoot for them last month. Is casting at their head office? If so it is easy to find,plenty of parking. When we went for the casting,we hardly had to wait around before hand. They took some pics and dd tried on a jumper. Feel free to email me if you want to ask anything .Best of luck!!

Talk of the devil...just had a call from agency saying dd is booked for a shoot for The White Company next week!! It is a location shoot somewhere in Sussex.
Tavalana,that`s a shame re CM shoot tomorrow ,do you know why it was cancelled,hopefully will be rescheduled.

i'm kind of disappointed but relieved at the same time, i was looking forward to it but feeling that having the casting first quite far out of central london, ds might have been tired to go on to a photoshoot. i hope we can do it when the rearrange it, if ds gets this white co shoot (fingers crossed) it's next week some time as well.

yackertyyack - How did you get the stuff already? She was modelling a bike, little tykes car, kitchen/bbq set and a karioke machine, she did some of this with a little boy.
She also modelled some wellies and a litlle bag, I know it's her though no one else will as you can see her face!

mrratty, because i spend far too much at next they send me the catalogues early so i can order more!!!! Can't see any toys but there are some ballerina wellys and a glittery party bag????
Hope your dd is glad to be back at school - has she had any castings this week???

only just read about teh cm shoot tommorow cancelled tommorow, what a shame! just bathed my daughter ready and everything

yackertyyack - Ballerina wellies and glittery bag sound like her! The toys were counted as interiors when billed and the bag and wellies as directory so maybe they will be in seperate booklets. DD is glad to be back at school, she loves her new teacher. The little one has started pre-school so for the first time in five years I get a little bit of time to myself - heaven. DD hasn't had any castings since last week, maybe the next few weeks will be a quiet time for us.
