anyone else heard back on the star now catalgue posting?

CM.net are looking for children to be faces on their new web layout, is anyone from here going to do it?

mratty - i had the email on that to! I will prob send my dds and my ds if its not in school time as want him off as little as possible to keep the school happy. Are you sending yours in for it?

I can't confirm Gamabdo yet, but i hope to .. if i do i'll be driving .. and maybe dh will want to come too.
I think Sundays should be free in meter bays, and single yellow in the smaller streets should be okay too .. but always check the signs!

mykids, mrratty, pimms .. you guys are so busy with your 6yo .. poor dd1 still waiting .. she's bigger for her age which isn't good though

my thumbs- my ds still waiting through agents and he is 6, hopefully some paid work will come up soon for him. is your dd 6 aswell?

julie4travel - i got another email last night with one of their brochures. hopefully that will be a good experience for them. ive sent an email to childmodelling.net for my eldest but it doesn't say when the shoot will be. do you know?

tavalana, we are waiting to see if ds is chosen! How old are you boys??? Can i be cheeky and ask where the shoot is????

tavalana- are your kids doing the uk or irish hotels?

I think the cm shoot may clash with ryans film i am seeing if i can get the dates

julie, she's 7 now and hasn't grown much this yr, but she's still tall, but no jobs when she was 6 at all!!

yackertyyack - mine are 15 months, 3 and 5 and I also have an 8 year old daughter. the shoot for the star now thing will be in a hotel in kensington. did you get any e-mails from them?

julie4travel - i'm not sure they didn't mention anything.

tavalana, wow 4 kids quite close in age too, don't know how you do it!! I'm exhausted with just 2!!

hi all. back from ds casting. there was only one another little boy there and he looked completely diff to ds. the rest of the models wre adults mainly from MOT i think. ds was v quick in and out, i dont really know whether he stands a chance as u know how these things can be somtimes they just don't give anything away.

ua have advised me to get the license in place if he is needed, so am off to the docs tomorro.

the job is for channel 5, something called channel 5 life????? i dont have a clue.

cyan, we were also in for the great portland st one today , must of got there about 12.30ish, we were also v.quick in and out, they just took about 3 or 4 photos that was all.

We had a very last-minute call at 11 am to see if dd could go to M&S shoot today .Unfortunately couldnt go as on our way out to Bicester Village shopping and meeting friends . Never mind ,they have asked if she is avaliable first week of Sep so hopefully will be booked (with more notice) then.

Thornton - I saw the poster of you DD in the nightwear in my local M&S today, she looked fab! Well done on getting another call, your DD seems to be the face of M&S toddler wear!

It was quick, i rang the agency to say they had seen madeline aswell even though he hadn't been called and they said they already knew as they had been shortlisted. Am having a poo evening someone walked into our house and started having a go about us having drugs and her wanting some had to call police was very scarey, very agressive woman just came in off the street convinced we were drug dealers

Quadrophenia ,Poor you and family sending you big (Hugs)!! Talk about livening up your Thursday evening !! What did the police say ?

Police had alookround but coldn't find her and her gang, its quiet here so very unexpected. Just worried about repurcusions she really wouldn't accept that we weren't who she thought we were. Going away tomorrow so probably a good thing, I'm angry, upset and just wierded out by it really, she just walked in and went mad

DD is going to be on the cover of tommorows Mirror!!!! My best friend was doing the news reviews for tommorow and screamed very exctiedly when she saw her, she's emailed me the cover and it's fab. (it's the mothercare school wear picture)

Quad - that sounds really bizzare and really frightening.

Thorntons - The bigger one is, I will try to get the little one in but it's hard to get a good photo of her at the moment. She has been to a couple of jobs and I always get asked why she isn't signed up.
