I made the dds listen to Tangerine Dream in the car this morning and made them look out of the window and imagine they were in a film

Worst gig I ever saw was Astrud Gilberto at the Jazz Cafe. She was hours late so her band played some free jazz bollocks for an hour instead. Then she showed up looking like Mystic Meg and couldn't sing a note.

Sorry, I do like Prefab Sprout & XTC. Kraftwerk have done some good tunes and how can you not like Kayleigh?
Love The Manics (they supported Foo Fighters on Monday and were great)
And the Chili Peppers, Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Inspiral Carpets

But, then again, I hate shopping, shoes, Sex & The City, Desperate Housewives & all soaps. I understand the rules to cricket and rugby (both codes)....

Pat Metheny makes me want to stick pins into my eyes. I used to go out with a Pat Metheny fan - he said the Beach Boys sounded "immature" (we were 18), and that was when the relationship became short-lived.

I love prog rock!!

Some of dh's stuff like Hawkwind, Jethro Tull etc more for the boys

Hate: Girl bans (sugababes, girls aloud etc), wimpy boy bands. Lots of modern stuff really

lol no they were quite young and trendy but it was a long time ago . also amazed by the number of blokes at kings of leon concert.
