Just wondering if anyone else managed to to get Pulp tickets today, all my 20 something year old work colleagues had no idea who Pulp were and though I was mad for being so excited!

I thought ending it the way they did was genius. The fair weather fans started to fuck if after Common People and the rest of us all got a treat and a half with the second encore.
I was shocked by the behaviour of some men around us. We were standing and there was enough space around us but there was a lot of pushing up against us that wasn't necessary at all. I actually tapped one guy in the shoulder and did 'every time I move back so you aren't touching me, you step into the space I've created and touch me again. Please stop'. He took it better than I expected but you shouldn't have to ask men to stop rubbing their crotch or arses against you!

Jarvis was just the ultimate nerdy hero that he is and a wonderful front man. The music, choice of songs, the stage setting were all spot on for me.

Remembering Steve Mackey was touching too.

I thought the merch t shirt prices were outrageous but I happily left with a tour poster and some tea bags!

I only saw £60 for a hoody, laughed and walked away!

DH wants to know if there’s Yorkshire tea inside?

It was such a fun night! I must've stood in the right bit as I was surrounded by fellow short women who didn't have their phones out.

I bought t bags and a tote bag 😊 Far more useful than a t shirt…cannot comment on yorkshireness of the tea yet but the bag is excellent quality 🤣

I got a tote bag and a tea towel! We have the tea already actually,,DP ordered it for me.

I got a tour t shirt. They were £30, so pretty much the norm for a concert we thought.

@cockerhooping thats interesting, my friend and I had the same experience. We’re both quite dinky people and we felt a bit like some of the taller concert goers didn’t even notice we were there, we kept getting squashed.
Great set, JC can still flail with the best of them and I loved the visuals.

I loved it too! But the crowd did piss me off a bit with all the pushing in, I nearly got knocked over a couple of times, I was going to say im too old for it, but didnt like it when younger either. But acwinderful theatrical performance

It seems l managed to pick up Covid at Sheffield Arena😭feel like shite

I’ve felt crap the last two days as well @ArseInTheCoOpWindow ! Really nauseous and exhausted. Haven’t got any tests around the house I don’t think so will
remain a mystery whether it’s covid or not

Nauseous and exhausted yeah. I don’t have any tests, but I’ve lost my sense of smell, and this ain’t no summer cold😭

I did find a test in the end and was negative! So maybe just my southern softie immune system reacting to hardened Northern germs 😁

I’ve spent the entire time in bed watching Pulp vids.

Its rekindled my huge crush on Jarvis. Was there anyone as pretty as him?❤️

Just bumped into Richard Hawley tonight. Lovely, lovely bloke we thought it was him and were quietly debating whether it was and he came right up to our table to say hi. God almighty thats one nice man. Yes he was tipsy and yes he may have started dancing to that Greek song they always play when they smash plates I thpught he was going to get us all up😃😃. He said he may do afew tunes tomorrow night. I cant wait!! I think Id have been a wreck if Jarvis was with him😃
