So who here is going to the Prince tribute concert next Saturday?
So looking forward to it!

I'm still searching for a nice purple top to wear with jeans and my new purple shoes of course, but if I don't find one I'm gonna wear a black jumpsuit with purple accessories. What time should we meet and how wil we find each other?

Thanks for sharing that article Coco. It broke my heart a little when she said 'he was trying.' I just hope that when it happened it was as sudden and painless as what happened on the plane.

agree its heartbreaking, but I actually get some comfort in knowing that he was fighting it though, and it's also nice to know she was around and stayed with him in the hospital, she sounds like a lovely lady

Sooo I know there is no one like Prince - however my friend and fellow funk fan just shared this new track from De la soul and it is brilliantly funky, and has so cheered me up, so give it a listen..

Just terribly sad

I've just given my lovely new purple shoes a trial run for the evening. Went to the theatre in Hammersmith so the same tube journey I'll be doing on Saturday. By the time I got home my feet were killing me, even tho I took my shoes off for the duration of the show. So unfortunately I'm having to rethink my plan to be glamourous in heels on Saturday. I think I'm kidding myself if I think I can manage to stand up all evening in those shoes without crippling myself! I absolutely love the shoes but I'm going to have to save them for occasions where there is not much walking and standing involved. So just ordered some purple pumps from Amazon, I won't be quite as glam as I'd planned but at least I'll be able to dance!

Btw who else is coming apart from Destiny and Tonight? I thought there were a few more of us?
