Tonight That article made me a bit blubby. Beautifully written and I would love to think he was right. The rainbow is definitely a sign. Wherever he is now, I hope he's at peace (or having the most brilliant time).

Tonight I listened to about the first half of emancipation I think before I ran out of time, I thought there were some good tracks on there and it is quite soulful. I later listened to a fair bit of 3121 which I absolutely loved and today have had some hit run on, I love 1000 X's & 0's!

I've succumbed to Tidal too and now have so much new stuff to listen to it'll take me weeks! I'm loving Emancipation at the moment. Think I'll try the Black Album next as I've always been curious about why he pulled it. I did have a listen to Rainbow Children yesterday and had to stop - that bizarre 'narrator' voice was so wrong! Like something off a 70's prog rock album!

He allegedly pulled The Black Album because he had an ectasty trip where God told him it was 'too dark".
I had a bootleg copy and loved it.
I planted some flowers , but they are more pink than purple. Im going to look for more purple ones next week.

Hello everyone. Back from holibobs. Had a wonderful sunny time. Back to listening to Prince Radio & so so sad all over again. I wonder what will happen to his estates & the contents of the vault. I hope they treat it with respect. It's clear that Minnesota loved & respected him. Let's just hope his heirs, who ever they may be, can find it within themselves to do the same. I love your tattoo shboogie. I'm tempted to get a dove added to mine now.

Slightly random question but what time do you think the Autism Rocks event will finish on 25th? My friend can't get there until at least 10pm so she is wondering if it is worth it. Do you think it will be clubby as well as a concert or simply concerty? Thx.

I think it finishes at 11 from what I've read on Prince.org. Don't think it's a late night clubby thing, just a concert.
